About this cottage rental
Kiddicott Farm is set in 55 acres of glorious East Devon Countryside and Malcolm and Christine would be delighted to welcome you to our New Build Self-Catering cottage which overlooks our Orchard, Gardens and Fields. It has been a long journey completing the building of a row of three cottages to a five star specification, giving a modern contemporary feel within a cottage environment. Sensitively completed with consideration for anyone in need of the freedom and seclusion of self-catering; for business, holidays, family get together, or simply a quiet place for recharging batteries in the busy world we live in. All cottages include en-suite bathrooms, towels and thoughtful complimentary comforts.
The property is fully furnished with a multifunctional kitchen to suite all culinary expertise and includes the all important, very large fridge-freezer and bottle opener. The downstairs utility with WC, washing machine and tumble dryer make for easy living for long stay guests.
Guests are more than welcome to wander around the gardens, orchard and some of the fields. There is plenty of space in our ‘Home’ paddock for knocking around a football, practicing a golf swing or just taking a bottle of wine to the bottom of the meadow to watch the sun go down.
The beautiful cathedral city of Exeter and Topsham situated in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the Exe Estuary is only 15 minutes away. Kiddicott Farm is only eight minutes from Junction 30 off the M5, the A30 and very close to Westpoint Exhibition Centre, Sandy Park Conference Centre, the Met Office, Sowton and Marsh Barton Business Parks. Our location is perfectly central for exploring further afield; Dartmoor National Park is only 20 minutes away; the stunning contrasting county of Cornwall is only an hour. Lyme Regis and the Jurassic Coast only 45 minutes away; whereas local beaches Exmouth, Budliegh Salterton and Sidmouth are only 20 minutes away.
We have plenty of secure parking and can easily accommodate large vehicles, vans and trailers.
Sometimes our marketing rates overlap, in such instances, we are more than happy to make amendments; we are very flexible with your length of stay, although our minimum stay is two nights. We do have a weekend rate for Friday/Saturday nights and we are happy to offer discounts on stays longer than two weeks.

We spent two weeks this summer in one of the cottages.
The accommodation was utterly spotless, spacious and very comfortable. Our hosts Christine and Malcom were very welcoming and on hand should we need anything. The welcome tray was fabulous and the home made apple juice delicious. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kiddicott Cottages and should we be in the area again would hope to stay again.

Superb fully equipped and beautifully presented accommodation with literally everything that you need for a short or long stay retreat. Fantastic views over the garden area and far reaching fields and just a short drive to supermarket and Exeter town. Perfect location.
Christine was an excellent host, very accommodating and certainly helped us feel less stressed and really made us feel welcome - loved the welcome pack with locally sourced produced which we thought was truly delicious.
We will certainly be booking again.
Thank you both :)

We had a wonderful visit to the Devon coast during our stay at this delightful property. It was well equipped, clean and comfortable. The photos shown here are accurate. The owner, Christine, was incredibly knowledgable about the area and very helpful in pointing us in the direction of the areas best spots. We recommend this property wholeheartedly!

On arrival we received a warm welcome from Christine who showed us round the cottage which was spotless and amazingly well stocked. Christine had even gone to the trouble of leaving us a fresh fruit salad for breakfast. The cottage was really peaceful and had a huge enclosed garden where our 2 children could play safely. In terms of location, there was plenty to do within a short car journey. We will almost certainly book again next year.

We chose this property as a home from home whilst working in the area. The pictures do not do this place justice, especially for the price. Christine attended to our every need throughout our 10 night stay. Thank you

Kiddicott farm is a really lovely experience
Great place, nearly new. Spacious and stylish. Built by Malcolm and managed by Christine. Totally lovely people. Great grounds and giant chicken in a run. Fruit from the orchard is lovely too.
Good location and great farm shop nearby with delicious fish and chips. Green dale farm shop. Local pub the White Horse has great roast beef at a great price. Very hospitable hosts and easy to book in
