My staying for one day. I would have love to stay for at least another night.

Sehr gepflegte und neuwertige Unterkunft in hervorragender Lage zum Muttertempel. Extrem nettes, hilfsbereites und kinderfreundliches Personal. Zimmer sehr sauber. Grandioser Ausblick auf den Agung. Kostenloser Transfer zum Muttertempel. Sehr zu empfehlen! Sehr gute Restaurants zu Fuß erreichbar.

Beautiful interior and view.
Lots of massive spiders and the porch is covered. Seems to be lots of ants in the other area too. If no problem with spiders then this place would be an amazing peaceful stay.

* This hotel has the best view of Mt. Agung compared to other hotels nearby.
* Located very close to Besakih Temple. It is only a 2-minute drive to reach the temple and is located at a quiet spot (100 meters from the main road so we don't hear any vehicles passing by the main road which is very nice since a lot of locals drive noisy motorcycles).
* Spacious room.
* Parking space for cars which is a good point for those who drive their cars.
* Shared kitchen with complete utilities (stove, water gallon, oven, sink, refrigerator). Perfect!
* A lawn that is good for children's activities (I traveled with 3 children and the lawn is a plus). Also wish that they provide more security barriers since the property is at the edge of a deep valley.
* The breakfast menu is overpriced. A fried rice/fried noodle/omelet is priced at IDR 50k per selection. With the taste, quality, and quantity, I feel it is more convenient to be priced around IDR 30k.
* No shampoo in the bathroom.
* With a rate of IDR 300k per room per night (room only without breakfast), I feel they should provide a smart TV and air conditioning in the room (daytime is quite hot).
* Night is cold, and the blanket is not warm enough. I would suggest they provide an electric blanket warmer on the bed and an increase in room rate will be justified.
* Would be perfect if they had a small heated pool which they don't have.
* Beware of bees!!! There are a lot of swarming bees in the hotel. Fortunately, I always prepare myself with a big can of insect spray whenever I travel in my car since I go with kids to anticipate flies, mosquitos, and other insects. But bees, unexpectedly I have to deal with this, and I sprayed the entire can and killed so many of them.
* The hot shower only lasted for a few minutes.
Overall, this property is very beautiful but still has a lot of things to grow.

Overall 10/10, sangat recommended!

If you need some quiet space and somehow to be in the middle of the island, is very good location. Nearby a restaurant with the smallest prices i could imagine.
Towels should smell better

-This is probably the highest quality cabin / hut that we have every been to in Indonesia. Newly built, good amenities, clean, isolated, and bathroom was wide and well furnished.
-Views were great, pointing directly to a forest and mountain. Very calm area.
-Location was great too, just some minutes drive from Beaskih temple (and around half hour walk).
No hairdryer.
Check-in process was difficult. No-one was there when we arrived (although we did it when we told the owners we were arriving). Had to get a mobile phone number and contact the owner to do so. In the 2 days we stayed we didn't see anybody from the staff, apart from the room cleaners. We didn't need it, but if we had needed it, it would have been more complicated. Maybe giving written instructions to guests before arriving would suffice.

Great place close to Mt. Agung and Besakih temple. Rather new huts which were really nice and in a very good state. There is also a small kitchen and free drinking water. Great owner who looks after the place, is available and provides taxi service. The temple is within walking range. The place is quiet and close to the nature, which is especially welcoming after some time in the more crowded areas of Bali. Wonderful views from the terrace. The place looks exactly as shown on the pictures. Finally, Ack Fried Chicken is a great place to eat!
Limited eating possibilities around this part of Besakih, there is more close to the temple during the day. No ATM for foreign cards in Besakih and also no supermarket though you get everything you really need at smaller shops.

The cabins are very charming with a beautiful view of Mount Agung. I stayed there as a base to do the hike up Mt Agung and couldn’t have chosen a better place. Very quiet and comfy. Just what I needed. Staff is super nice and welcoming. They accommodated all my needs so kindly. Nice and warm shower, simple but good restaurant within walking distance and Besakih Temple also very close by. Excellent value for money

This is a excellent place to stay to do the temple nearly alone before all other tourists and while Angung is still without clouds. Also great place to do the Angung climb very early in the morning. So two nights can be recommended. A walk on the surrounding villages is also a very nice moment. The restaurant close to the homestay is delicious. So all good.

I highly recommend this accommodation for exploring the surrounding areas. The owner is very friendly and helpful. We specially enjoyed the breathtaking view!
All good!

Beautiful and cozy cabin, with comfortable bed and huge and clean bathroom. The location is gorgeous and the owners also helped me find a guide to go up Mount Agung, who also turned out to be very experienced and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
Absolutely nothing.

Bugus arranged guide for Gunung Agung hike.
Good place to jump off from for Agung hike.
Kitchen and free drinking water, coffee, tea, fridge stove etc
Nice view of Agung
There’s a bakery close by with a limited menu but apart from that there isn’t any other eating options close by but Bagus (the owners son) drove me to Warung and restaurant and picked me up when I was ready free of charge.

Structure is amazing. The view unique. We watched at che sunrise from the garden and was spectacular. People working there super kind.

The newly built cabin was beautiful, amazing view and close to the temple. The staff is very welcoming, helpful and happy to answer tons of questions. We were stuck at a restaurant close by where you could only pay cash and the owners son immediately came to help us out and then even drove us to an atm. Also he was our driver to the harbour and we had a fun car ride. We would highly recommend this stay!
Fyi: It's close to the temple but if you go by foot it's walking along the road for 30 minutes with tons of people trying to sell you stuff... Also you can only pay cash everywhere. (restaurants/tickets)

Located next to a convenience store and restaurant that made excellent food. The owner was also very approachable and helped taxi us over a short 5-10 minute journey at no extra cost. There is also an excellent view of Mt Agung in the garden of the property.
It is confusing and difficult to get to. The address to the property is wrong and there are other places with the same name. When we arrived at 7pm, a small group of tourists were in our property accidentally when they were suppose to be another 45 minute drive away. The owner also forgot to check traveller details prior to checking them in. Updating the location and double checking ID should prevent this in future!

The staff were very kind, they drive me to the ATM to draw money in a very rainy day.
Property is far from every thing! It’s only close to the Besakih Temple

Nice little homestay very close to the Great Temple. The bungalows are well designed, clean and pretty large with a beautiful view on Gunung Agung! The bathroom was big with hot water and the bed was comfy. The breakfast was simple but good.
The owners are also super nice and helpful. There was no vacancy when we were there and our driver didn’t have any place to sleep so they welcomed him in their home so he wouldn’t sleep in his car!
Nothing that wouldn’t make me come here again. Some electric plugs close to the bed would be appreciated but it’s a small detail.

The property was a perfect place to base myself for the Agung hike. Rooms are clean and comfortable. You have access to a small kitchen w/ fridge which is nice to make tea/coffee or basic meals. The host Bagus was extremely accommodating and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Upon arrival it automatically felt like home.
The lovely staff showed me to my villa & showed me to a communal kitchen that I could cook in!
fresh drinkable water available, coffee tea & more also for use at your leisure!
breakfast is nothing fancy, but definitely a welcoming start to the day!
After my stay the lovely lad Bagus drove me personally to my next destination & was very welcoming to stop along the way and take pictures.
if you’re gonna stay in Besakih & want somewhere to reside and feel like your own this is the place to go :))

The bungalows are new, and they offer all you need. The view over the mountains is beautiful.
There is no staff on-site. We were accompanied at check-in, and we saw no staff for the next 22 hours. The property is close to the Mother Temple. Otherwise the area does not have much to offer.

very beautiful location, you will really love the mountain view.
The room was so clean, you also have options to cook and make some coffee. Very friendly and helpful owner.
