Exceptionally good stay.

Very clear instructions on how to access the accommodation. All rooms booked were incredibly clean, and the beds were not only huge but incredibly comfortable. Lots of complimentary toiletries which is also a great bonus too if you forget to bring your own.

Cannot think of anything I did not like. All the rooms were clean upon arrival, and plenty of towels and pillows so never needed to hunt for a spare.

My stay was lovely besides the check out morning :)

The property was nice my room was lovely and Cosy with a compact en-suite

On my day off check out I was rudely knocked up by the cleaner at 7:30am and was rushed out in order for her to be on time to her 9am shift:(

This property ideally suited our requirements

The property was very well situated close to the town centre and rail/bus services. It was ideal for what we were requiring as a base to travel the area. We would definitely recommend the property to others There is unrestricted roadside parking and although we didn't use the facilities in the dining area and kitchen , it was very well laid out and expectantly equipped.

In all honesty there was no issues we could find with this property.

Everything I needed it to be

The room was a good size, and I had an en-suite room. The keys were easy to access and I liked that they were attached, it means no chance of loosing them. Comfortable bed and plenty of kitchen and fridge space.

It might just be the season we are coming into but there was a huge amount of spiders and cobwebs within the property, thankfully I’m not afraid of them.

It was advertised as having a washer and drye, however there wasn’t a dryer. The kitchen was not clean. Allocated fridge spaces were full of food from residents of the house. Towels and clothing were being dried indoors on.

I wish there was at least something to like

The house needs massive renovation,paint is peeling of the walls , window frames cracked ,full of spiders everywhere,nails on the wall ...jeesus I'm gutted about this place ,have no idea how was even approved by booking.com to add this on the market for rent..I don't know how to call it,now I have a change of mind by renting again through Booking.com😕 sorry

Absolutely nothing.

The location next to a derelict property used by homeless people. One of those said people doing drugs in the corner. Outside looked neglected; weeds in front yard. Bins overflowing doorway covered in cobwebs. Property smelt strongly of damp. Room had big damp patch on wall and smelt strongly of damp.

NIce place to stay and a plce to come back.

Room with ensuite and facilities such as use of kitchen with everything you need. Superb mattress. Quiet. Good location within walking distance of town centre.

No chair in my room and there was space to put one. Garden is a patch of concrete and has not been done yet and that is a bit of a pity, because inside you can see that the owner has put in effort to make it a comfortable place with extra facilities you don't have in a hotel.

Great location and adequate parking. Good sized room, comfortable bed. Owner was friendly and approachable.

The shower was extreme slow, the towels were worn and didn't smell too fresh. There were no hooks to hang coats, towels. No mirror in the bedroom and no kettle in the room to be able to make tea/coffee. Only one bedside table too. It says no under 18's but there was at least 2 children there during our two night stay.

My only criticism is that it would be better to put lat blinds in the front room because you can't really open the roller blind with it being on the road

It was close to town and local transport. In a quiet area and the staff was really good at handling check in and out.

Disappointing

Seemed tidy,

There was nowhere to put anything not even toothbrush in bathroom, and there was no toilet roll the full time we was there, if there was a fire we wouldn't of been able to get out the fire escape window there's a big drainpipe stopping it from opening. There was cobwebs all over the room, and we were woken up between 11pm and 2am from other people banging doors, up and down the stairs and talking quite loud.

Waste of time

I pre-booked and pre-paid for the ground floor room one week before arrival. The booked room was on the ground floor as per the advertisement on booking.com rather than any special request which might not be accommodated. Upon arrival, the property gave me a room on the upper floor with stairs and no lift. Everyone has their own priorities and needs which need to adhere to. I had to wait for nearly 2 hours with calls between me, customer service, and the hotel rep. I had to spend all that time on the street in my car in nearly freezing temperatures for no fault. Eventually, I booked the nearest hotel to the original location. Be careful when booking, as your desired and paid-for room might be given to other guests! I was told by the property that they gave me their best room. I feel I am myself the best judge of what is right for me, and I have not delegated such authority to anyone else.

The outside door has to be locked while checking out. If this door could be self locking it would be great.

Excellent base for my local exploration work.

*Breakfast is not included (as stated in the description), but there is an extensive communal kitchen where one can prepare their own food, with two hobs, dishwasher, microwave and all utensils you need. *The room was very clean and tidy. *Approximately 200 meters from the town centre. *Free on street parking. *Work stations are planned, so I’m already looking forward to my next stay *Nice quiet street.

Can’t think of anything negative to mention. I’ll leave those to people who had different experiences than me.

Highly recommend no problems at all

Well this is a hidden gem after staying in the well know hotels in the area (st James and holiday inn)this hotel totally outshone those 2 .Everything was exceptional
