Located at the top end of a quiet street close to downtown Queenstown. The lake is located at the bottom of street. There is easy access to Frankton Road and ski bus stops. Perfect spot to base yourself.

You are sent lockbox codes 3 - 5 days prior to your arrival with clear instructions on how to access the property.
Guests have access to the garage for storage of ski's, bikes, golf clubs etc - you cannot park a vehicle in the garage.

The master bedroom and ensuite are on the top level with expansive windows to take in the amazing views. The Study and sunroom on on the entrance level. Drop down a flight of stairs to the Kitchen, dining, living room, powder room and balcony before going down another flight of stairs to the 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry & casual lounge area. Such a well spaced out house.

If you are after heat in the winter & cooling in the summer this house has you covered individual Reverse Cycle AC units in the downstairs bedrooms. And the added bonus of underfloor heating in the bathrooms and the feature gas fire. You are not going to want to leave!

Although it is always good to have a car in Queenstown it is not essential to have one when staying at 18 The Terrace. Town is walking distance (about a 15-20 minute walk depending on how many photo stops you take along the way). There are local & ski bus stops about 550m away on Frankton Road.

This property has a lot of stairs so is not suitable for people with mobility issues.

Location and view - 5 stars! House and amenties - 5 stars! Spa pool - 5 stars! Pool table - 5 stars! Services - 5 stars! This house is exceptional! Spread over multiple levels and ideal for our extended family to holiday together. There was ample space for the kids play and plenty of room for us adults to enjoy each other… in peace ;) The views - WOW! And the location is so close to town. It doesn't get better than that! Highly recommend booking this house if you're heading to Queenstown. Thank you to the team at The Butler - your service is top notch and made our stay one that we will remember forever.
