Nice amenities back porch jacuzzi and gas firepit was nice. Owner may want to be aware of a carpenter ant problem in the downstairs bathroom.

Upon arrival I was worried that the hot tub was not functioning due to a recent review (one of the main reasons we chose the house) so I reached out and Ed was on the property within hours to make sure it was working for us! Ed also made sure to personally call me to let me know and also allowed us to check in whenever before the set 4PM check in as the house was ready for us. He also helped with extra parking passes as some of our group were only staying for partial time leading to more cars. The house was great, close to the lake, had tons of amenities, cookware, board games, and toiletries. I would definitely recommend to stay here, the overall check in and check out process was very smooth and simple. The biggest highlight for all was the comfortable beds! I appreciate the hospitality, thank you for a great time!

Extremely clean, so many resources, and attention to detail! Hospitality is everything to me and they knocked it out of the park. I recommend playing "TABOO" in the game closet with your friends for a good laugh. Hope to come back again soon!

We had a great time at this house. Indoor and outdoor fire places, a hot tub, and the location was fantastic. Plus the kitchen has everything you would need. They even had a message board with a map of the area along with some restaurant ideas.

My group and I loved this house. Plenty of room and a DR table on which to eat meal’s together and play board games. Beds were comfortable and plenty of places to sit. We loved seeing the deer from our back deck every day too!!

Great house to have our group stay in. The kitchen was big and easy to use, the downstairs served as a nice retreat, and the hot tub was great as well.

Property was spacious, well maintained and close to a lot of dining & entertainment.
I will tag the previous hot tub lid comments as "accurate".
Constructive critism: The cookware was a bit of a mish-mash, with only 1 lid [that we could find] and kitchen could use a facelift and soft-close doors. Good time had by all though!

The place was really good because of the nature and the tv everywhere was really comfortable and the beds are really soft but except one but that had one bed on top if it i feel like it should be removed cause people may hurt their heads cause it really short and everything was good and the house is really comfortable especially laundry.

Enjoyed our time at fieldstone Ct. The house was ready for our stay. There was only 2 issues we had while staying at the house. One was the shower downstairs never got hot. 4 of us had to use the upstairs shower. Second was the the hot tub. The cover is extremely heavy from water assumption. It took to men to lift it opened Then we could not open it all the way. We felt the lift carrier would not be able to hold the weight. Besides those issues we will definitely be back.

Enjoyed staying at this place. Fully equipped with kitchen items and bath. Only the downstairs bathroom shower never got hot water. Also the hot tub outdated. Knobs broken for jets. The lid too heavy to get off the whole tub. Needs to be replaced. Otherwise we would return to the house

The morning after our second night, the sewage backed up into the house, flooding the 1st floor bedroom, so we were forced to pack our things and leave halfway through our stay. Our vacation was ruined, and the lack of response from Vacasa to refund me after 2 weeks has been extremely discouraging. They haven’t even refunded me the $40 late checkout fee yet. Otherwise, the house itself was pretty nice, and the few minor issues when we first arrived, like a broken kitchen chair, no flat sheets on some beds, and only lukewarm (not hot water at all) in the first floor shower, didn’t matter much to us. The house was clean, and looked just like the photos. I just wish Vacasa would have treated us better when the sewage backed up into the house. The maintenance crew that came to the house very clearly agreed based on their findings inside the street sewer system that there was no way we caused this, especially after only being in the house for just 2 nights. They said they took out 8 lbs of toilet paper from the system in the street, and since this house is at the bottom of the hill, it backed up on us first. We lost our ability to use our day passes to Aquatopia, so far the only response I’ve gotten from Vacasa is that they can’t cover that ($400 gone). Proper sewer system maintenance and routine cleanings, especially knowing this is a high rental community, would have prevented this.
