This room is managed by a private owner, not hotel, but the girl at the reception was much more helpful than the owner. The only good thing about this apartment is the swimming pool view, clean bedsheets and hot water. At least thanks for that. If you want just to have a sleep over and a shower after the flight with having 3 people and short of money - it can work. But for the rest it is terrible.
1. Apartment is DIRTY. You can see that they were cleaning it before you move only by wer floor. But it was cleaned poorly. All the surfaces are just durty with leftovers of somebodys contact lenses, dust.
2. The toilet is so dirty that public toilets are very often more clean. You are just afraid to catch some desease if you touch it. Forget about toilet paper or soap. From two bathrooms only in one the shower was working.
3. The balcony is as dusty as a cobstruction site. You cannot sit there because of that and only 1 dirty chair available.
4. MOSQUITOS. They are just unlimited there. You kill them, but they again from somewhere appear. At night its not possible to fall asleep because of that. We suppose they live in 2 aircons, which were not working btw.
