Although we could only stay for a few days, we really enjoyed our time at this house. Plenty of room for the three of us. Great fenced in back yard that our dog loved! Quaint, quiet neighborhood that was nice to walk in. Lots of board games provided to keep us entertained when we’re relaxing. Only 6 min to one of our faves, the Mashpee Commons! David was great to work with and very responsive to our messages. Highly recommend. Will stay here again.

We were so pleased with this house! I was a little nervous because the one bad review I saw was quite bad. But we decided to stick with it because the yard looked amazing for our dogs (which it was!) I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the property. The set up is fantastic as well. We keep our dog separated from my daughter’s because they just don’t play together well. So my daughter and her husband took the downstairs area and had everything they needed, and my husband, other daughter and myself took the upstairs. It worked out perfectly. The only thing we didn’t have that we needed were paper towels. Not a big deal though. We were on the Cape for 2 nights to attend a wedding celebration. This house was great!

Our visit to the Cape was easy and comfortable with a stay at Cozy Cape Cod Getaway. The location made it easy to get to the places we wanted to visit. The house was nice and clean, and we had everything we needed at the house, and our dog loved racing around the yard. The downstairs space was the perfect "man cave" for our teenage son, while the rest of us enjoyed our own spaces on the main floor. Although small, the kitchen allowed us the space needed to prepare for a family gathering of 10. The comfy couches allowed for some much needed downtime as well. We would definitely recommend this rental to others!

It was great, the space downstairs was a perfect space for my husband and dogs which gave my daughters their own space upstairs. The fenced in yard was helpful with the dogs.

I will preface this by saying we tried to talk to David privately to provide the refund he promised. No response. We arrive to find a month's worth of fly insfested trash lined up against the fence. Can't let kids and dogs outside. So the fun begins... The moment we go inside we smell a very strong gas odor. I immediately contacted David and alerted him he tells me it was “nothing to worry about and it happens sometimes!” He then told me to open the windows and put window fans in and blow the air out of the house.. The smell got better but never went away. My husband joins our vacation on Wednesday and immediately smelled gas and was worried. So we called David to tell him about the gas odor and he told us it was checked out by the fire station last year. (Which was not true - we checked) So we called the gas company who promptly came did some tests and told there there was not one but TWO GAS LEAKS IN THE HOUSE! We had three kids and two dogs with us. So we all had to vacate the house while they worked on it. They could not fix the leaks! So they shut the gas off so now we couldn’t use the stove or make dinner. Our last full day was Thursday we wake and there are pesticide signs on the lawn. . Now we can’t enjoy our last day with our dogs on the property or any outdoor games. More frustration. Icing on the cake: We had no firepit, very few towels and one beach chairs. More were promised in the listing. No refund has been given. We were taken advantage of.
