The property was not as clean as I had anticipated. There were dead bugs and someone had splashed some substance all over dining room wall. The air conditioner could not keep up the first couple of days with the extreme heat. While the contact person was quick to respond , his solution was for me to change out his filters. I had to go out and buy fans. The only electrical outlet in the bathroom did not work. Location was good.

The house was clean and in a nice location in proximity to where I was going. The communication was great and the house had everything needed. The only issue I had pointed out with the manager is the air filter needed to be changed with the AC and might have affected the air flow a bit. But the house stayed cool when I turned the air temperature down at night.

Due to the thermostat being locked at 85° since Sunday. When I got there and nobody coming out to try to help me.Unlocked, my stay was very hot and very uncomfortable due to my medical conditions.I cannot deal with the heat like that The property has a property Has a propane grill went to grill out on the grill The last evening I was there and could not grill because the previous Guest did not let them know they were out of propane.I could not grill and the property manager asked me to buy propane for the property

The house on Dakota was perfect for us. We had two adults and two children 2 and under. The house was clean and well stocked with towels and lenins. It was comfortable and gave plenty of room for the kids to play. The fenced in back yard was a huge plus!

House seemed a little old. Needs maintenance. Otherwise good stay.

For the most part the property met our groups needs. Its an older property in Norman so shows its age a little bit, but overall a nice quaint little house and we enjoyed our stay.
A couple minor issues, The driveway is very narrow, and the front flower bed is currently overgrown and overhanging into the driveway causing it to be very hard to get in and out of your car if you have multiple vehicles, especially since the neighbor informed us he didn't want any part of our cars tires to be touching his grass. Understandable, but again made it even more difficult getting in and out of our cars.
Communication with host seemed odd, like it was going through a middle-man, as they couldn't answer my questions immediatley or directly, and several messages you could tell were just automated. We didnt see any specific instructions provided for checkout, and even after asking we didn't get a very specic reply, so we did the typical things and cleaned up as best we could. Hopefully we didn't need to do anything additional.
Device on front door to unlock and access property took a bit to figure out how to turn on so that we could input door code. It would be helpful if more specific instructions were provided for people who may not be as tech savy.

We were in town to attend a family birthday. For the time that we were in the home it was good and there was ample supplies in the kitchen. We ran into one snag the hosts were attentive, and it did not happen again.

overall great. Master bdrm closet upper door is off hinge when we first got there. Bathroom sink doesn't drain properly. However, this was very helpful for my daughter, son-in-law and 2 grand kids to stay in and not be on top of us in my 2bdrm townhouse in Norman!!
