Accurate description, clean & easy check in check out. Microwave was broken which caused us to have to go out to eat that night (one of the advantages of the condo is that we can make meal there) . So we spent $$ we werent planning. She was responsive but it was a holiday weekdn so I understand why they couldnt get anyone there to fix it immediately. Would recommend and stay there again.

The condo was exactly as advertised! It was beautiful, updated, and plenty spacious for our family of 4. The beds were very comfortable! We would definitely stay here again next time we head north. Susie was also wonderful to work with and very communicative. We loved it all!

Great stay at Jay Peak. Host communicated with easy to read emails for check in process. Home was very clean and representative of pictures. Everything supplied, including cooking utensils, silverware, ground coffee for the pot, seasonings, ice maker with an extra bag of ice, plenty of extra blankets and pillows, and even a couple of fans. Though the property does not have AC's, we travel with additional fans for this reason. We were able to position fans into the windows at nighttime and it really cooled the property off. There are electrical outlets literally everywhere, so bring what you need without fear of needing extension cords or anything.
Cell signal/Wi-Fi are in and out (Xfinity Mobile), however, but this is of no fault to the host. It's a public wi-fi signal through the resort, so lots of bandwidth being used at all times. Was able to get on essential things like emails and apps with my cell phone, but was there to disconnect in the first place. I was able to do just that, and having the excuse of limited service made it that much sweeter.
Would absolutely stay here again, the host was fantastic.

The property is in great shape and very conveniently located. The beds and bedding was very comfortable and the kitchen was well supplied. Check in was see less and Susie was very responsive to our questions. We lucked out with perfect spring conditions. Looking forward to coming back!

Susie provided clear and accurate instructions and made our experience so easy. The property is beautiful and located right next to the village chair that gives great access to the rest of the mountain. Bedding was comfortable and the space was clean and clearly taken care of. Thank you for a great stay!

Very well managed and clean rental. The location truly is ski in/ski out and you can take Racoon Run to the base to pick up lift tickets (they weren’t checking at Racoon Run as I think it’s a run to get those staying on property to the base). The one things (which is fully disclosed) is that two of the rooms are twin beds, which are a bit short for anyone over 5’ 6”. So best for children. Otherwise it’s really comfortable and convenient.
