Nestled between the mountains of north Peoria, just minutes from all the best entertainment, golf, dining, and sports facilities the Phoenix area has to offer. The interior of the home has been updated while the backyard has been meticulously landscaped to become the ultimate year round oasis. Palm trees, fruit trees, and exotic flowers surround the glittering pool and pool spa providing filtered shade during the warmer months (optional heating for pool and/or pool spa available for a fee), as well as the built-in gas firepit for the cooler months, inviting all to partake in its serenity. Ambient lighting in the backyard promotes togetherness and unforgettable memories plus a newly-added putting green offers a bit of fun on relaxing afternoons.

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and an airy atmosphere. Marvel at the sleek and stylish furnishings, the contemporary artwork and design, and the modern comforts as you make yourself at home. Rest on the plush furniture while curling up with a good book or streaming your favorite movies on the large TV (using your own accounts). Hobby chefs will love creating culinary charms in the sophisticated kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and a floating island breakfast bar. Serve your loved ones home-cooked meals or play challenging board games at the formal dining table. Shuffleboard, foosball, and Ping-Pong are also available to keep everyone entertained. Six bedrooms offer plenty of space for everyone to get a comfortable night's sleep from the day's adventures. The exquisite main bedroom boasts a luxurious en suite bathroom, while the bunk room is perfect for kids to make memories that'll last a lifetime. For little guests, a Pack 'n Play is provided.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder.
Please note pool heat is subject to additional taxes and fees.

3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 85 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This house was absolutely AMAZING. Everything looks just like the pictures. Nice calming neighborhood, great amenities throughout all the house. Everything was nice and clean. Would definitely come back again.

Property was exactly as shown and described. Plenty of space for all. We needed fans for the room with all the beds and they brought them in a timely fashion.. The process was seamless. Great place for our family to come together to celebrate my dads life and be together as we laid him to rest at the military cemetery.. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful large home in a great area.

This house is amazing for multiple baseball families. We came for USA baseball with 4 families staying at this house. Plenty of room for boys and each couple! It worked perfectly. Our tournament was at Rangers/Royals all week and this home is appx 25 min away in Peoria.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful home with the most picturesque backyard. The property not only had plenty of sleeping space for my group but also offered a variety of activities to keep us entertained throughout our stay. The highlight was definitely the pool, perfect for cool off on a hot day or simply relaxing soaking up the sun. The neighborhood itself was lovely, peaceful and felt very safe, making it the ideal location for a getaway. The host was incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, I can't recommend this rental enough - it truly met or exceeded our expectations in every way and provided a perfect setting for a memorable vacation. Recommend for: Families, groups or business trips. Close by: Groceries, shopping, food and gas Things to do: Lake Pleasant, Markets, Waterpark, Museums, Sporting events and plenty of activities in Phoenix - all within approx. 20 minute drive.

We loved the home. Very spacious. Loved all the games provided. The back yard was fabulous with the beautiful landscaping and of course the pool and hot tub. Great time was had by all.

A part of my family stayed in this house to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday and to see some Spring Training Baseball games. The home and amenities were as advertised. We did have to sweep the majority of the house as it had dirt/sand all over. There was also hair on the shower walls and drains that we cleaned out. This reflects more on the housekeeping staff versus the house itself. We would recommend the house. Vacasa is the property management company and they are super slow to respond. We had one issue that took over two hours to resolve over the phone. Not a great experience.

Nice house. Very accommodating for our group of 9. Lots of things to do. Kitchen sink water does NOT get hot. Until we discovered to use the soap bottle to hold the faucet in position were we able to get mediocre warm water to wash dishes. Location was perfect.

My brother’s family and ours (two couples with four adult children) stayed at this wonderful home, conveniently located near family in Sun City West, Surprise, Scottsdale and Tucson. Though this immaculate house can accommodate 16, the 8 of us had our own rooms for privacy while enjoying the many gathering places for meals and activities. We appreciated the spacious kitchen and pantry space, as well as the personal touches throughout. Vacasa was helpful and prompt answering the few questions we had. Delightful!

Everything in the house and backyard was exactly as pictured. Lots of room, many games and activities for all ages. We chose not to pay for pool heat as many reviews of the area said temps were high day and night, and overlooked that you have to pay for the spa to be hot (!?!?!) with nights getting in the 40s we regretted that instantly- called the management company less than 24 hours after check in to see if we could still add that and willingly would pay the full $85/day. Gentlemen we spoke with said it takes 72 hours to get up to temp, and that we would start paying after that point. Even more enticing we tried to move forward… but we’re given a random, very high price and when asked for that price to be broken down he couldn’t. We asked to speak to a manager and when she called us back, she too said a minimum of 72 hours to get up to temp, but that we would be disappointed as it may not get warm before we leave (called on day 2 of 8) and that the pool manager wasn’t even willing to come turn it on. Again, we offered to pay the full price, and would be less disappointed with the heat on even if it took towards the tail end of our trip versus no heat at all. Now fast forward to day 6 of 8, owner found out we would probably be leaving a bad review so he/she did try to make it right by turning the heat on for us. Within 1.5 hours of it being on, we turned the heat off in the spa because it was almost 90°, and within 3.5 hours the pool rose 10+°. Very happy he gave the okay to turn it on but all would have been avoided and would have had MUCH happier kids if communication was better when we called on day 2.

This house was everything we hoped for. The pool & spa were a big hit with grandkids & adults alike. Bedrooms were perfect for our big family. Everything was super clean and kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We did have a slight problem with the key code, but it was resolved in a short time. Would highly recommend this property.

Great house. We had 8 people, so we booked a house with 3 full bathrooms. The master bedroom shower was not working and could not be fixed during our stay. This was greatly disappointing. Everything else about the house was great.

We came into town for a baseball tournament and the house was spacious and comfortable for our three families. There’s plenty of space and fun to entertain everyone! Nobody felt on top of each other. The house is beautifully decorated, the beds are comfortable, and the backyard is a great outdoor space. Next time we come, we will definitely come back here. Thanks for a great stay!
