Escape to this fully renovated, luxury two bedroom condo in the popular oceanfront Surfside Condo Complex. Enjoy the stunning peak-a-boo views of the ocean and the Mexico Beach community from the top floor balcony! There are no busy roads to cross, as this condo is directly on the beach!

This two bedroom, two full-bath unit, was just recently updated with new furnishings. A king bed in the master, a twin-over-full bunk in the second bedroom, and a sleep sofa provide ample sleeping arrangements for five comfortably, but more if children. The fully stocked kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, with a pantry for groceries. A stackable washer and dryer are located within the unit for your convenience. All new Roku TVs provide the option of cable, but also allow login capabilities to keep up with all your favorite shows.

It is located within walking distance to Mango Marley’s, Shell Shack, and the Mexico Beach Marina. The wide beach is just downstairs and allows for a well-deserved break from all the hustle and bustle, however Panama City is about 45 mins away. Port St. Joe is about 15 minutes away, and Callaway is about 20 minutes, making the location accessible to all you would need.

A small dip pool is also located right on the beach and is a perfect place to splash with young children. Covered parking is also available under the condo complex.

This unit is a non-smoking, not pet friendly unit.

Minimum age to rent is 25.

This unit is on the top floor and is accessible via stairs or elevator.

A signed rental agreement is required to confirm booking. Please review this agreement before booking.

Please remember that Mexico Beach is still rebuilding after Hurricane Michael and local construction is continuing throughout the area.

We so enjoyed our brief stay. The unit is just as advertised. It's exceptionally clean, well furnished, and comfortable - and the powder white sand of Mexico Beach is just a few short steps away. The owner was a pleasure to interact with and is very responsive. We'd highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for an ideal, beachfront location.

The dishes in the drawer and a good bit of the cups were dirty. I also hate hair so hair on the towels and in the showers was discouraging. I still love every time I go and will keep coming back. Loved your place and would come back next year.

Condo has a perfect location with easy access to the beautiful beach. Super clean and well maintained. Kacie was extremely personable and friendly. Pool isn't big but clean and refreshing. You come for the beautiful beach anyway. Really enjoyed our stay and the kids loved the bunk room

This condo was exactly what we needed as a small family of 4. We have two toddlers, so it was perfect to have a short walk to the beach! The condo was clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with appliances and dishes. The primary bedroom bed was very comfortable! We are always concerned that the beds will be uncomfortable but that is not the case with this condo. We will rent again!

We love Surfside! ! Stayed there during hurricane Michael and sadly, had to evacuate. We love Surfside 14 and will definitely try to return !!!! Kacie was amazing !!

this property was perfect, extremely well stocked, and convenient. A 1 minute (or less) walk to the beach, an elevator, an elevator cart, a large porch with ocean view and lots of chairs -- a coffee maker that works for regular coffee or k-cups, plenty of towels, blankets, etc. Easy check out with just garbage removal and dishwasher start. We highly recommend!!

This condo was perfect for our stay. Beautifully furnished. Very quiet at night. Perfect location to explore Mexico Beach, Port St.Joe, St. George Island, and Appalachacola. If enjoying beach time is your goal this is the place; it’s right on the beach and very convenient. Host communications and instructions were great and made things so easy. What a nice, comfortable place. Plenty of room for 4 adults. The owner was so nice and easy to reach with questions and concerns. Perfect location and the ability to leave all buggies and beach equipment at your car is super! Leave the sand downstairs! We will be back next year!

Only thing I would add would be instead of a random 10 digit door code that’s hard to remember and unique for each reservation you might make the door code the guest’s phone number so it’s easy to remember. Also a clean towel bucket to store beach towels and some towel hooks by the front door. Just some ideas.

We enjoyed our stay in Surfside 14. The condo was nice and clean. Kitchen contained all the basics that most would need for cooking. So glad that Mexico Beach is rebuilding and we were able to return!

We can't say enough amazing things about this rental. The condo is located steps from the beach making beach days so convenient. The space was beautiful and clean and the balcony provides some views of the water. The condo also provided everything you could have needed for an awesome beach vacay: beach chairs, basic cooking necessities, washer/dryer for sandy towels/bathing suits, 2 coffee machines, blender, and recommendations on the best spots/restaurants in Mexico Beach and St Joe's Island. We highly recommend the two state parks (TH Stone Memorial on Cape San Blas and Dr. Julian G. Bruce St. George Island State Park). They're a little drive but well worth the white sands, wild dunes, teal water, and less people. Overall we absolutely loved our stay here and highly recommend for a convenient and beautiful beach getaway.

The condo was beautiful, just as it was pictured! It was also very clean and within steps to the beach. This was our first time to Mexico Beach and it was so nice and peaceful which is exactly what we were looking for. I would recommend this place to anyone and will hopefully be back myself!

The condo was exactly as described. Very clean. I was grateful for the 2 beach chairs supplied inside the condo. When you come down the elevator, you’re right at your car & beach access is right there. After leaving the beach we would put chairs, boogie boards, etc…right in my car to avoid taking them (& extra sand) back to the condo each day. Great setup!

Spring break trip for myself, my 21 year old daughter and her best friend. We are beach lovers who just wanted a relaxing getaway in a beautiful setting and that’s exactly what we got. The condo was perfectly sized, clean, and stocked with just what we needed. We dined in 3 of our 6 nights and had all the utensils we needed. Most of the restaurants are a 15-30 minute drive (which was fine with us but may be bothersome to others). Crazy Beach pizza is close and very good. We ventured out to Shipwreck Raw Bar and Cat 5 Raw Bar (Port St Joe, I believe). Both were good but a bit pricey. Caribbean Coffee was a cute (close) beach cafe with lots of choices for breakfast/lunch. Our favorite restaurant was the View on Old 98. Not really much more expensive than the raw bars we visited and the service and food were outstanding. The restaurant itself was beautiful as well. Kacie was super responsive the few times we had questions. Check in was a breeze. We loved being right next to the elevator. Loading and loading were a piece of cake with the carts provided. We primarily loved being so close to the beach. I’ve visited many condos on many beaches and this is definitely at the top of my list. The beach was also very quiet and clean. Cannot wait to return!

This place was awesome! Beautifully decorated and had anything you may need for your stay! Great view from the balcony and just steps away from the beach. Check in was easy and owner was quick to respond to any questions. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

The unit was very clean, beautifully furnished, all necessities, and on the beach. Our unit was located directly next to the elevator which was a bit loud but not bad once we realized what is was. The only drawback for us was that we would have liked to directly face the beach. But we did have a side view from the balcony which we knew before we booked. We would definitely stay again. Just a note: if you like to go out to eat the choices are limited in the area. You have to drive 25 - 30 minutes for something besides a burger or pizza.
