On our vacation we enjoyed staying in this house… it was clean, had all the amenities that we needed and was very comfortable and convenient.

Everything was as anticipated. Rooms comfortable with lots for kids to do. The massage chair was popular. Loved it.

The property was great, very clean and in a great locaton

We had a great stay, the property is wonderful. We really liked the location, just off of Highway 89. It was so easy to get wherever we wanted to go. And for being so close to the highway, it was surprisingly quiet.
The backyard was a lot of fun for the little kids to roam and not get into trouble.
Coming back to the house each day at the end of the days adventures was great to. We also enjoyed the massage chair. Awesome place to vacation at.

We had a wonderful stay here! The house was well equipt with cooking supplies and lots of blankets, pillows, and space. We were very comfortable and its located near a freeway for quick access to all the area has to offer! We would stay here again!

A great place for multiple families and friends to stay together. The skiers loved the hot tub and the short drive to Snowbasin. The kitchen was fully outfitted and everyone enjoyed the game options of table tennis, foosball table, video games and table shuffleboard. We enjoyed our nights out on 25th street, well worth the drive.

We came out for a wedding. They had 3-4 inches of snow the day we arrived. There are about 20 steps to get into the house. The driveway was icy as were the steps. We found a snow shovel and did that ourselves. Someone should have had the snow shoveled for us.
The only other issue was they have the thinnest toilet paper I’ve ever seen. If you stay here bring your own TP.
It’s a great house. Clean and had nice furnishings. A great location. Well stocked kitchen. Lots of space to spread out. Lots of comfy beds. Great massage chair in the basement my kids loved.
I would give it 5 stars if they had not made me deal with the snow removal and had real toilet paper. I would stay here again.

This is the second year in a row we stayed at this house since we liked it so much last year. It was way better stocked this year with things we needed like scissors, 2 crock pots, spices and dry ingredients in the pantry. Lots of throw blankets, towels, games, everything you need for a large group with adults and kids. The shuffleboard, ping pong and foosball, massage table and arcade games, hot tub and fire pit are so awesome. Highly recommend doing the Adams Canyon Trail hike - both the long 3 hour hike (take the left fork) and the short 15 min hike (take the right fork). Both lead to waterfalls and it's really cool.

I travelled to Utah for a wedding. We had lots of family planning to stay at the VRBO. We arrived to find trash scattered about, no recent landscaping, flood damage, and only two clean rooms (living room, kitchen). Many of the beds were not made, towels in both dryers, trash in the trash cans, bugs in the house, no clean bedding to replace the torn up beds, stains on the bed. all the lower level baseboards pulled off. Games unplugged and facing the opposite way. Dryers and washers unhooked, fridge pulled from the wall and the list goes on and on. The local contact that we called obviously didn't check to see if the property was ready. She said "the contractors" were supposed to have fixed everything and clean it after the flood but she was in Florida and nobody around to help. She worked with her people at Evolve and they eventually came back with another location which was almost an hour away and told me if it was more than expensive than this place I would have to pay the difference!! They didn't give me any warning that it might not be ready and because of their mistake they said "I would have to pay the difference" Unbelievable! Meanwhile, I have family arriving by the minute. We had nowhere to go just hours before a rehearsal dinner. I have dozens of pictures and a few videos. This property was NO WHERE NEAR ready to rent out. I paid in good faith IN ADVANCE to find a house in shambles. Finally at the end, they felt really good about giving me back a full refund which did nothing to help me out at the time and I had to send all my family including 80 year old grandma and grandpa searching for last minute hotels. If I was someone that lived paycheck to paycheck we would have had to sleep in our cars. Advanced planning and research was done on my behalf and sadly it was all out the window a couple hours before a dinner and a wedding the following morning. Under no circumstance should you let Evolve or this local person open this property without a company inspector checking it out first. These are not couple day fixes. Everything you want a VRBO to be.....this isn't it. Embarrassing and will re-evaluate the entire VRBO process after this completely dropped ball.

Rented the home to attend our daughter’s College graduation. The home was perfect and accommodated the whole family that came in for the event. The home was clean, cozy and comfortable. There was entertainment for all the different ages. If ever we come back to Ogden we will definitely want to stay here! Thank you to this Host for making our trip a success.

We had relatives come in from out town, and the house was perfect for our diverse group.
There are refrigerators, one up, one down.
The variety of rooms worked out great for your group.
We loved having 2 huge table on with side of the kitchen, for eating. playing games or just talking. The front room is another nice gathering spot upstairs.
Several family members enjoyed the hot tub!
The location is outstanding, literally 2 minutes from Hwy 89 which can get you north or south very quickly.
The only down side is that the home is older, however most of the inside has been updated nicelyl
We highly recommend and well worth the cost.
