It's near tokyo station. But we lived in connection room for 6 peoples. It's a little bit small. Besides that, everythingwas great.
4.6
Great value, with lovely staff and very comfortable room.
4.6
Location, location, location! Also, very friendly staff, clean rooms, comfy beds. Our room had a laundry machine which was very convenient. Delfina recommend.
4.6
Room is tidy and clean, staff are nice, also close to the station, won’t take long walk to the station.
4.6
Went for a 2 night stay and checked in at 2am die to a late flight. Service was great. Room was clean. Close to the station. Overall perfect hotel.
4.6
Nice, clean and friendly hotel near Tokyo station.
4.6
Great and so convenient plus very close to Tokyo Train Station
4.6
Convenient and clean.
4.6
Nice hotel, just the last night AC was noisy and the WiFi failed.
4.6
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Their English proficiencies were good. The hotel and room were clean. The hotel provides most of the toiletries, so you don’t need to bring your own. It was extreme convenient to have a washer/dryer in the room, as we traveled in August when it was heat-wave temperatures.
My family of 4 (2 adults, one teen and one pre-teen) had a double-king-bedroom. The room was long and narrow. We had 2 large luggages and the closet couldn’t fit either. So it was a bit tight for extra space to put luggage.
4.6
The staff was friendly and the room was very clean. Small but it is Tōkyō. Little storage or space for luggage. Beds were super comfortable. Quiet and close to the train station. Walkable to Ginza and Tsukiji market.
4.6
Extremely small rooms but convenient location
4.6
Property is clean, triple room small.

Very clean!!!

Close to Tokyo station. Nice and clean room.
4.6
Excellent location and condition of property.
Annoyed by $US 100 per night 'service charge' not reflected in Expedia's price
4.6
Good location close to Tokyo Station
4.6
The best and clean hotel in Tokyo, very convenient to Tokyo tunnel and a lot of shopping malls beside. The staff is very friendly n helpful. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone. Best and clean hotel.

Very clean and walkable to the train station

There is a free lounge on 2nd floor from 1pm-10pm, serving lots of complementary sweets, snacks, drinks and tea (including roobios tea!). The hotel is generous to offer a free cup of ume wine or sake per hotel guest. We could still fit 3 large luggage and 2 small luggages in the Triple room, yet there isn’t much space to walk. The staff was very helpful and considerate. They assisted me to take the luggage from the car to the room. They even suggested to store unnecessary luggage in the storage room during our stay. The hotel has coined washing machine downstairs (¥600 per cycle); however the clothes weren’t completely dried off. The staff at reception could communicate in English, Chinese and Korean fluently. Beside the hotel, there is a massage shop which needs appointment and a very good dessert takeaway shop, which sells delicious Warabimochi and dorayaki (red bean paste pancake). The location is excellent. We walked to Tokyo station via underground shopping street. Short walk to takashimaya. Shuttle bus stop to narita airport is nearby. Underground parking lot just outside of the hotel. 2400yen for 12h. Parking is usually full on weekdays morning though. Plenty of meter parking spots available in the area.

Lots of good restaurants around. Free snacks and drinks. Having a laundry machine inside the room is convenient.

This hotel was excellent for our family of 4. Only a 5 min walk from Tokyo station and a few doors down from a Lawson store, it was a convenient spot to use as a base for our exploration around Tokyo.
The hotel itself was spotlessly clean and the front desk staff were welcoming and friendly and spoke English well. While the daily treats on level 2 were the highlight for my 2 kids, it was also a comfortable place to relax after a day of walking. I highly recommend this hotel!
4.6
Very nice, clean and beautiful! Super friendly guest services. They also have free snack from 1-10pm! Convenient walk to Tokyo Station!
We would stay here again!
4.6
The hotel is near Tokyo station which is central to everywhere you go.
The hotel is clean and modern but the buffer style breakfast has very limited choice.
The plus point is there is washer dryer in the color so you can wash your clothes if needed.
4.6
The hotel provides washing machine and dryer which is quite thoughtful for a big travelling family. The common lounge is a bonus, with free food and drinks provided!
4.6
Nice location. You can walk out from Tokyo Station and then go down the Yaesu underground mall and walk al the way to the end. When you come up from the underground mall, the hotel is just half a block away.
The room is equipped with a lot of electrical outlets which is nice as I need to charge laptops and many tablets and phones.
We are a family of 4 and we stayed comfortably there. The afternoon Happy Hours from 1-10pm was wonderful with a lot of snacks and sake tasting. I’ll stay here again in my next trip!
4.6
This is the best place that we stayed in our Japan trip. The staff are awesome and room is great. They also provide drinks and snacks in the evening. I will definitely stay in the same place for all my future visits around Tokyo.
4.6
Close to Ginza shopping and Lawson’s a few doors down the street.
4.6
Excellent time at this hotel. Staff were friendly, laundry room, TV based apps so you can log into your account and watch a show (ie Netflix). Enjoyed our time in Tokyo.
4.6
They gave us inop key so we have drag all out luggages to the front desk. Then the room was occupied by someone else; so we had to go back to the front desk again. They should have upgraded the this at this point or something but for the money we paid for it’s not worth staying there.
4.6
Great for families. Nice space in the rooms and little play house was nice for the children. Will stay again!
4.6
NIce modern, clean, and convenient room. Shower was awesome, had a seperate toilet, washerdrer in room was so convenient, and ac was nice. Location just a block away from Tokyo station and even closer to Nihonbashi station. Breakfast variety was very limited with a couple of western dishes and scrambled eggs, pastries, cereal, fruits, salad, soup.
4.6
2nd time stay.
Very good experience again.
4.6
Nice hotel convenient to Tokyo Station. My only issue was it was tight and had limited areas to put your stuff, but this is not uncommon in Tokyo hotels. I would consider it for my next stay in Tokyo.
4.6
We were only there for a short night. We really appreciated the free snacks and drinks on 2nd floor after a long day of traveling and late evening arrival. Room was smaller than expected but not a big deal given only one night stay. Staff were nice and provided towels for drying ourselves and luggage due to heavy rain during walk from train station.
4.6
Clean and perfect location to walk around. Next to subway and Tokyo station. Best features are in room washer/dryer and snacks lounge for drinks/sweets/light snacks between 1-10pm. The shower is so great too! They even provided us with facial care if requested. Will stay here again the next time our family in Tokyo.
4.6
We had all we need. Room was small for 3 people but this is standard in Japan. Walkable to all kinds of transportation. Very close to Tokyo station. They have free snacks and drinks every night. Only thing they may consider putting hooks on the wall so more space for hanging clothes in addition to hangers. Thank u for a great stay and very helpful front desk staff.
4.6
Fairly new property. Clean rooms in a quiet area. However, walking distance to Tokyo train station is not as near as claimed thus not conducive for those with elderly entourage. Lounge on 2nd floor provides free snacks, a haven for kids
4.6
This is a great property for families! It could accommodate a family of 4 easily- in fact there were two king beds in the room! It is a good combination of modern and traditional (they give pajamas and slippers for each person). The room we got has a washer/dryer, which was very useful. Free snacks on second floor each afternoon which helped keep us going between meals. It’s a straight shot from Tokyo station for JR and Shinkansen lines. However to take the metro to tourist sites, the closest stations are Nihombashi and Kyobashi on the Ginza line (7 minutes to either). Can walk to ginza shopping area in 15 mins. It’s a quiet area because it’s a business district- not touristy so not as many restaurants immediately in the area but they are tucked away and nice. I would recommend staying here!
