I pictured it to be nicer and better quality motel. The tv in my room didn’t work at first.

The absolute worst experience and waste of my time. I booked the room for 65.53 and went to checkin and the owner demanded 10 more dollars from me which I didn't have so he canceled my room without my consent. I was tired and furious by this point. Then I spend around 2 hours on hold with Hotels.com and y'all reassured me that you had booked another room for me and paid for it. So I go to the Motel 6 in Villa Park and tried to check in and the rude clerk tried to run my card and it declined. Told me to leave the premises S he was making fun of me for being broke. Very humiliating and huge waste of time. Needless to say, I never slept in a room and haven't received a credit for my initial purchase. I'm extremely pissed off. And will be leaving horrible reviews for all people involved.

I had to switch rooms a couple of times. Because the outlet wouldn't work, the TV remote wouldn't work. I did not give my deposit back for a remote. The towels were not the best.

I showed up to check in and the front desk asked me for $85 cash. I said I booked and paid through Expedia. He then seemed to get annoyed and said no vacancy. He didn’t speak English very well and just turned me away and sat back down to watch tv behind his bullet proof glass. It was late (3:00am) and Expedia couldn’t book me anywhere else and I slept in my car. Don’t book with this motel.

I had to buy a sheet to put over the bed because it was full of burn marks from Cigarettes and yellow pillows. Room smart like Big cigarette too

Front desk ask me to pay 10 for cleaning room very stinky room nasty and unsafe. A couple was having activity in there car in front of the room door staff didn’t ask them to stop or leave and a man was parking in my window my friend kick his ass

Won't be staying there again. Walls were dirty, especially in the bathroom. No amenities at all. Wanted to charge us for ice. Room was very very small. One wall plug.

The place is terriblem the person in the front desk a Indian guy who barley let u talk rooms are terrible plus next room was a party or something but the fights and wall hits all night make it a bad place to stay

This room was okay for a place to flop for the night. Room was relatively clean. Advertised as 24hr front desk, but when we finally arrived at 2:00 am, fellow at front desk said we were lucky that he just happened to be there -- because check-in ends at midnight. So, since he was there, he did check us in. Then he said he didn't have a room (but we HAD A RESERVATION!) -- Then he "found" that he **did** have a room, but not the one we had reserved, but he said it was okay because the room he "has" was only five dollars more per night ($5.00). We didn't have any choice so all we could do was tell him "okay". Right now, on our credit card statement, it looks like he has charged us TWICE for the room. Not confirmed yet, so I may be wrong about that, but that part is all sketchy.

When we got there, they charge us 9$ more cause it was a total of $75 to stay there. Not the $66 that we had ALREADY paid on Orbitz. He said that THIS website has it wrong, and since we were already there and it was late,we just decided to pay the $9 and get the room.

I never even got to the room I’ll. Tried to have them just charge me for the room for the one night but didn’t I’ll had to pay for the room since I was still out of the state he was super rude over the phone then told me I can get my refund but when the Hotels.com call him he told them something different

BE AWARE, THEY DON'T ACCEPT CURRENT APPS PRICES, ARRIVING TO PLACE THEY CHARGE ME MORE !! DON'T BOOK HERE

The price was reasonable. But the heat is not good and the staff wakes you before check out time. No ice you have to buy but you get a bucket. And the door is not safe had to put chair to door cause somebody came to my door with a key but wasn’t staff said he had wrong room.

Booked online and when I arrived the attendant demanded that I pay an additional $15 or I could cancel my booking then sat down and crossed his arms. He stated that the prices online were incorrect and refused to honor my booked price.
