About this house rental
We pride ourselves in value, no cleaning fee It's already covered and you'll see our rental as being fairly priced given the area with space for your entire group.
The unit gives you to:
- Two 55" Roku TV with (Netflix, Hulu)
- High-Speed Fiber Optic Conn w/ wifi
- A/C in every part of the house
- Full 6 private bedrooms
- Kitchens Fully Equipped
- Garage Parking
There may be potential for noise during the daytime hours
Enjoy beach culture like a local! This six-bedroom house is minutes away from where the action on Loiza St (Bars and Restaurants) is and far enough to get a good night's rest to do it all over again the next day. You're also minutes away walking from Ocean Park beach.
It is a two-story six-bedroom duplex, with separate entrances one on top of the other.
Keep in mind that even though Loiza St has gotten significantly more tourist-oriented it is still a residential area, and not considered a tourist one. The area and the cross streets will look like a regular Puerto Rican suburban area which may differ from your views of the traditional American suburban area.
House's architecture has iron railings and gates in the front of it for aesthetics and security purposes.
The management fee is to cover the cost of insurance per reservation. All reservations are insured by our insurance provider, guest verification is needed to confirm your reservation, and travel insurance is available for purchase when you book with us, ask us about it.

No smoking is allowed anywhere inside the unit.
If there is evidence of smoking in the unit a smoking fee of $200 will be solicited for the added odor treatment of the unit.
No parties are allowed, if a party occurs and is confirmed a party fee of no less than $500 will be charged. The full charge will be determined upon inspection of the property, any damages or replacements would need to be covered by the guest.
A late check-out can be allowed if there is availability for it. Late check-outs must be requested at least 24 hours prior to departure and start at $20. An extra services carte is available in the unit. Upon soliciting a service from this carte and being provided solicited serviced you will receive a request through Airbnb to cover the service charge
Guest Verification: I give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to verify my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. There was plenty of space for our group of 10 to stay and the location was central to a lot of the activities we wanted to do. Management was very responsive when we had questions even before our stay began.

We had a wonderful time. We love the Louiza neighborhood, which is near the beach and full of great restaurants. The property was just as described. There were two 3 bedroom/1 bath apartments. We rented both units. We had small children with us and they were happy there too.

Location was a few blocks from beach. Neighborhood was not in the best area, but overall okay for a large group traveling and walking together. Property was clean but outdated. Host was super quick in responding to messages
