The house is beautiful. The location is good since the neighborhood is quiet. It is also a 5min walk to the garage food hall with variety of choices to eat. I stayed with my wife and 2 other couples. Plenty of space. Appreciate the Keureg with coffee and hot cocoa to drink. $8 Uber ride to Lucas Oil Stadium. Also numerous restaurants $5 ride. Enjoyed our stay. Thank you Michelle.

This house was perfect for our small group (two couples). Plenty of space, lots of character, very comfortable. The location can’t be beat. We were able to go duckpin bowling, fowling, eat fantastic food, and visit several breweries on foot from the property, and we found a wonderful state park for hiking and a kayaking spot both within 15 minutes by car. The Monon trail for running /walking was a two-minute walk from the front door, so we were able to be active and explore!

Our son and new daughter-in-law were married at the Bottleworks Hotel. We picked this because of the flexibility of beds and the location, but it was so cutely appointed that it made it fun too. Some groomsmen and the family made some special memories and made new friends there.

Unfortunately the listing was not accurate. The listing said there was 3 twin beds, 2 queen beds, 1 king bed, two double futons and that it could sleep 12-14 people. In reality, the house had 2 twin beds, 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, 1 king, and two small NON-pull out sofas. We had a group of 9 adults and a baby and we could not fit everyone. Two ppl had to sleep on the sofas. We paid to sleep everyone comfortably on beds. The manager was not willing to help us resolve the issue.
The hot tub was also broken and would not heat up or bubble. The house has a cat pee smell, mold in the basement, no door on one of the full baths, and the towels were still in the dryer when we arrived.
If the manager was willing to address our concerns or simply made the listing accurate, it would have been a perfect stay.

The bottleworks area is great. This home is blocks from most of the nice places to eat and drink. Super clean and very well appointed - high marks for the coffee and snacks!!
We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

The property is listed as accommodating 12-14 people. The description says 2 sofa bed/futons. There’s 1 couch & a decorative love seat. No futons or sleeper sofas. 2 families in our group had to get a hotel as we planned for 12 to stay in the house & confirmed sleeping options for our group with the owner. 1 adult slept on the living room couch. There’s 1 king, 2 full beds, 2 twin beds. That’s barely 8-10 people. The house had 1 twin & 1 full inflatable mattress that deflated.
We are not picky people and house was not clean. Huge glob of hair in the shower, rugs looked like they’d never been vacuumed. Brown water damage in the ceiling leaked when the shower was used making a puddle on the floor. No toilet paper by toilets, we had to buy some then later found it in drawers. This is a great location & could really be a neat place to stay…just not quite accommodating.

Nice house with a good location close to downtown. We enjoyed our stay and had great communication from the hosts.

Overall was good because property owner was responsive to my concerns. The hot tub was not usable! Needs serious chemical shock!
Could use a much larger dining table to accommodate larger parties. You could see there was once a tv in the small
Living space by the kitchen but it was missing.

Originally rented a house but not only had problems and delays in getting access but once inside noticed it was not clean and laundry room was filled with dirty towels and bedding. Luckily they had another property close by that we could rent or we were given the option to cancel at no charge. Since we were traveling with a total of 5 people and were in town for a conference, we had no choice but to try the second home vs. paying twice as much for individual hotel rooms. Second property was ok but only 1 of 2 showers worked/drained properly. There was no working coffee maker, only 2 glasses, barely any cookware, smelled moldy, construction going on next door, and I could go on and on.

We came in town for a bachelor party by going to the Indy 500. The location of this house can not be beat. The Garage food hall/bar/play room is right across the street, and it's an easy walk/scooter ride to all kinds of places downtown. Our hosts even decorated the house with an Indy 500 theme, and left the bachelor a gift basket with Indy 500 goodies. We could not have asked for a better place to stay!

In town for our sons graduation. This house is in a fantastic location. There is construction going on but it didn’t disrupt our stay at all. Host was very responsive and helpful.
