The town home is very clean and well kept up. Well stocked in the kitchen. Great location and easy access to Yellowstone north entrance. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great property close to the venue

This condo is in a great location in Emigrant Montana, we love the proximity to Yellowstone park and Chico Hotsprings.

This fit our family well and put us near the locations of Yellowstone we wanted to see. Thanks!

Overall it was the location that was key for us. The reviews were deceiving. Either that or I am getting old and grouchy. The condo had a very odd smell, like pet urine. It has everything as far as kitchen necessities for sure. The bathrooms could have been a lot cleaner. The pillows also smelled of urine.
If you want the location this is the place. If you aren’t picky about cleanliness or organized closets and vanities that you have access to then stay elsewhere.

This was a great home base for our girls weekend getaway. It was clean and comfortable. Nice location. We spent time at both Chico and Yellowstone Hot Springs. Took in live music at the Old Saloon and enjoyed an amazing meal at Sage. I would absolutely stay there again.

The place was absolutely perfect!

The listing is realistic. It is exactly as it says it is. We loved our comfortable, clean, cozy stay! We visited the hot springs in both directions and it’s pretty central. It would be great for visiting Yellowstone national park as well! We may be back in the summer!

Everything was great! We just couldn't find a dumpster for the garbage on site and had to haul it home.

Clean, cozy, all the amenities. Kitchen fully stocked with pots, pans, silverware, etc.

We had our reunion at the condo but visited Yellowstone Park and Chico Hot Springs. Great location, nice condo with great views. The condo is well appointed with everything you need.

What a great place to start our daily Yellowstone and Paradise Valley adventures. The lower level was well-equipped with kitchen, living space with nice TV (when we needed a break), and full bath/laundry. The upstairs slept all four of us comfortably and could have accommodated a couple more. The room AC units and fans helped a lot to keep the upstairs cool after warm summer days. The unit is 30 min from Yellowstone, about the same from Livingston/I-90. We took a river float that started from Emigrant and spent a day at Chico Hot Spring - both only 5-10 min away. It was a great place and gave us quick access to a lot of activities. We would stay again!

Great Location, clean and comfortable.

Townhouse was absolutely beautiful!! Was not only clean, but stocked with anything you could possibly need (other than perishables). If I had to have a complaint, it would be that the beds need new mattresses. Other than that, it was perfect! Is located in a small, quiet town with groceries, gas, post office, church, restaurants, and a bakery within walking distance. As a bonus, a group of mule deer visited every day, usually in the morning. Would definitely book again and refer it to anybody.

Such lovely little condos to feel like you’re at home at such a beautiful place. The property was great. It has everything you would want. The only thing me and my family thought that would improve our stay would be better mattresses on the beds. If those were upgraded, it definitely would be a complete five star. But other than that it was perfect.

We loved the location of the place. Always convenient for us to stay and visit all the places we want to.

The condo was very clean and located close to services. The Sage resort and Chico Hot Springs just a five minute drive. Everything you needed for cooking was supplied. Luckily we didn’t need that. Felt safe and secure . Drew was very helpful in setting up the rental agreement for me, as I’m not that versed on the computer. Thanks !

There isn't anything we could think of that wasn't available at the condo. Had all supplies you could possibly need. You could really just take clothes & toiletries there if you wanted. Very clean. Convenient access to all areas.

Drew was very accommodating and had excellent suggestions for places to visit and eat. The condo was spotless and had everything we could possibly need for the week. We can’t wait to visit Montana again.

This property was amazing, about half way between Bozeman and the north entrance to Yellowstone. Stayed here with a few friends from work and all three of us were able to use Wi-Fi. The location was amazing, views all around. Just a few minutes from the Chico hot springs. The owner thought of so much, we were pleasantly surprised at all of the utensils in the kitchen as well as everything else. Was great to not have to worry about a thing. We will be back!!

Our stay was very relaxing, with a gorgeous view to wake up to each morning. This vendor had everything. Literally everything. We just bought some groceries in town, and enjoyed the views. we definitely will be back to Montana again, it was so beautiful. Wished the beds were a little more comfortable, but other than that was only compaint. Was so happy with this gorgeous townhouse and the beautiful views. Was loving every moment of our stay. Excellent communication with the owners. We had to leave a few days early, due to my job, but otherwise we had a blast!!

This is our second visit to this property. We've stayed in lots of vrbo homes over the years and this one is easily the most well-stocked. The owner has thought of everything and it's all clean and in great condition. The location is perfect to use as a base for visiting Yellowstone and the view out the back windows is lovely. We visited in November and the home warms up quickly and stays warm nicely. Also, plenty of warm blankets and an electric tea kettle were just the right things after chilly hikes in the park! Enjoy your stay! Thanks!

Sparkling clean, modern townhouse in Paradise Valley. Lovely “cook’s kitchen” with window looking out to spectacular Mountain View.
Comfortable beds. Generous amounts of towels etc. Owner communicates clearly and quickly. Provided helpful hints before our trip.
Walking distance to bakery and restaurant.

We were amazed how well furnished this property is. Very clean and comfortable. Other bonuses were Old Saloon, The Outpost and Chico Hot Springs along with other dining options just a walk or short drive away. The General Store was well stocked for groceries. On our list of places we would return to.

The property was well kept and quiet. Kitchen was fully stocked for cooking meals and even baking a cake. There were a few basic spices and condiments in the fridge. Lots of extra towels, pillows, blankets, TP, paper products as well. Drew was a great host and answered emails promptly and made access to the property simply. The property has one TV in the living room, but very few channels (movie channels)for entertainment in the evening after dinner so that was kind of a bummer. Ever room had ceiling fans and was controlled by a switch that turned on other lights in the room and you had no way of leaving the fan on without the light staying on. There are tower fans also supplied for each room, but when it 95 degrees, it didn't do much for cooling down the upstairs. The master window didn't have a screen so we couldn't leave open either. Balcony did, but for a cross breeze we couldn't open the window. While we were there the other room had issues with the window that Drew had somebody coming to fix, but it still never opened very wide for again a cross breeze. If you are used to soft, pillow type beds, the beds are not for you. The full size my son used and was ok in comfort, the master was not nor the other queens. Our backs killed us the first night, so i moved the other queen mattress on top of the master queen and was able to tolerate the next 3 nights. Just a few things to think about depending on your stay and what you are used to. We ended up donating camping chairs, left some drinks and a fishing pole, because we flew, so maybe Drew will leave those for future guests, but all in all, it was a nice clean/quiet place and we had a great time, the views are awesome and the information on travel from Drew was extremely helpful.

We had a very nice stay. Mule deer in the back, very cool. Drew was great. Well stocked and super clean. We will be back for sure!

Great rental in Emigrant. Watched mule deer graze as I drank my coffee. Close to Old Saloon and BBQ place. Owner very helpful. Great views

Our recent stay in Emigrant was amazing. The townhouse is squeaky clean and VERY well-stocked. We have rented a number of properties over years and this one is one of the best. Beds were comfortable for us. Location is great - gorgeous views, great restaurants and most important short spectacular drive to Yellowstone.
Drew is amazing host, very easy to communicate with.
I would love to come back and will recommend this place without hesitation.
Thank you Drew!
Best regards,
Irene

Great place to stay for a family. Very clean and well kept. The owner provided excellent communication and helpful advice. Great bar-b-que just down the street.
A little warm at night with no AC, but who would imagine 100 degree weather in MT! Great stay!

We can not thank Drew enough for providing such a wonderful townhouse for our vacation. We wanted someplace close to visit our son who lives in Emigrant. The townhouse was in the perfect location, close to the amazing local restaurants and the North Entrance to Yellowstone. It was well laid out, clean, and generously supplied with everything we needed, including coolers for day trips.
Drew was quick to answer any questions that we had and also gave good advise on the area. I would not hesitate to recommend this fine townhouse for your next vacation to Emigrant, Montana.

Drew is an amazing host! This townhome is very well stocked, very clean and overall a perfect location for all local activities! It’s quiet setting was fabulous, and much preferred over the tourist area of Gardiner. We traveled with our four teen boys, the wifi was an added bonus for them after being at Yellowstone all day! Communication with Drew was excellent and he was a wealth of information regarding pre-trip planning. Would high recommend!
2.5
Well appointed, cozy townhouse thirty-ish minutes from North Gate of Yellowstone NP. 5+ stars for our host Drew, who gave us gobs of pre-trip info of area, etc; plus was available for communication once we arrived. Doesn’t appear to be AC, at least I don’t think. We were gone most of the day and, with the temps in the high 80’s, the house was toasty. But, the nights were cool, and with open windows/sliders; lots of air movement from ceiling/floor fans you can cool it down. Our group of six enjoyed the accommodations.
2.5
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time in Emigrant. We appreciated how clean and well-stocked {SERIOUSLY well-stocked} Drew's place is. Being so close to the Wild Flour Bakery, Follow Yer Nose Barbeque, and the Old Saloon we walked to them several times over the week. Only 30 minutes drive to the northern entrance to Yellowstone made it perfect for our needs. Very responsive host.

Perfect location with nice mountain review from the patio. Deer frequented the front and back, as did the magpies. Comfortable sleeping with plenty of room. Den has 2 large couches for group relaxing. Everything you could possibly need is there--we really enjoyed the coolers and bear spray--plenty of linens, towels, picnic supplies and toiletries. Windows in bedrooms allow for great views, and the master bedroom deck upstairs is a plus. This is probably the best value I have gotten from VRBO. Also nice that there is NO clean-up required. Easy to find, easy to get into, and nothing to do but pack your bags and leave.
5.0
We really wanted to stay longer. This place was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Yellowstone Park was not far away and fishing access was even closer. We really enjoyed breakfast at the café next to the Saloon in Emigrant, and the owner and staff were very friendly. Try to work in a drive around the Emigrant area. It is truly beautiful. There are numerous fishing access points on the Yellowstone River that runs right through Emigrant, but our favorite was "Rock Point". The only thing we found a need for was time. Thank you Drew for a wonderful stay.
