Comfortable bed.
We booked an apartment and stayed in a room. The profile was confusing. It’s been changed on the site now so shouldn’t happen again.

Close to the airport (~15 min by car).
Many restaurants and convenience shops nearby.
Reliable internet connection.
Unbelievably hot in the common area (no AC there).
No actual bed (there's just a mattress on the floor).
Very fragile shower curtain holder in the bathroom.

Dicht bij de luchthaven
Niet veel te zien in de buurt

Really cute space, nicely decorated. The room I got had a balcony/terrace with tons of plants and patio chairs. Inside there was a couch bed, a queen bed and some other furniture. Tons of power outlets in the room and a shard kitchen/common space.
Everything was very clean and the owner was really nice and helpful.
The location is great if you want a break form the touristy stuff and a bit of a quite time or if you want to be relatively close to the airport. Had no trouble getting a Grab taxi or delivery
Not to much in the area but that can also be a blessing. Not the cheapest accommodation relative to others in Bangkok but it's a quality place.

What I liked the most was the kindness of the host who is very welcoming and helpful. Her English is quite good and she was able to recommend me some good street food vendors, such as the noodle vendor just next to the 7-11 store. The next morning she helped me find a taxi back to the airport using an app on her phone. The cost is between 120 THB and 150 THB.
The place is not that easy to find. Initially I chose this place because I thought it was close to an Airport Rail Link Station. However, Soi Wat Lan Boon Station is actually a train station, not an Airport Rail Link Station. So to get there from the airport you can choose one of those 3 options: 1) Get a taxi from the airport. 2) Take the Airport Rail Link and get off at the first station and then take a taxi. This avoids the hassle/cost of getting a taxi from the airport and the ARL ride is only 14 THB. 3) Take a free shuttle bus from the Arrival floor on Level 2 (opposite Gate 4 or 5) to the Suvarnabhumi bus terminal. There are shuttles every 10 minutes or so and the ride takes 10 minutes. Then from there you take Public Van/Bus No. 549 and get off at Romklao Road (2nd stop). From there it's a few minutes walk to the property or you can catch a motorcycle. I did first go for option 3 and got to the bus terminal only to find out that the public van service stopped at 9:00 pm. So only use this option if you plan to get there earlier! Luckily the employee at the information desk was very friendly and she ordered a taxi to the property (15 min, 150 THB).

Not what I've expected. The guest house is very cute and tidy. My stay was quite nice and I love this place. The owner was beyond helpful. She helped me set up an app (like uber) and explained in and out of the apartment so I can get to where I needed to be. There is a 7-11 around the corner and a couple street food stalls there as well for late night craving.
The location is a little tucked in the neighborhood and not easily accessible via train. I used the apps to call taxi anytime I like, and it's easy.

Nice host
At 2.46 am this morning a crazy deranged women apparently keep beating at my door.
There was no chain lock on the door so at first I stayed in bed.
But it persisted.I got up and this woman was speaking incoherently- maybe under influence of drugs.
She was acting like a mad women.
I closed the door as there was no reasoning with her.
Later she came back and starting the very loud banging again.
I didn't sleep andbegan packing
No guest should put up with this insanity.
I wantMerit taken off Booking.com list
And I want a refund for last night and tonight.

Very local neighbourhood. Very helpful hosting lady. Close to the railway station. The train goes several times per day to the city. Quiet aircon.
The first night was super quiet. The second night some horrible, obnoxious people had booked the room on top of me and were very noisy the whole night.

Everything was good. House was clean and cozy. Person very friendly and helpful.
Only problem was to get taxi, but the house keeper offered to order a taxi himself if help was needed.

it was clean and new
the owner asked for deposit, I didn’t have any cash because I was leaving next day from Thailand, but she took my passport and made me worry about if she will be on place before I am going to airport, because it’s not a hotel , it’s a house with rooms
I never write bad reviews, but the worst thing after I left she texted me on what’s app , she can’t find a towel , did I take it with me in my bag ? it shows no respect to customers and there was no towel , it was like a synthetic plaid, which I should use after shower
