Our beautiful villa is set behind remote control gates affording you privacy and security and offers a stunning lounge/main dining area with a beautiful 6 metre sliding window which really adds a wow factor, elegant bedrooms and very comfortable beds, with well-appointed bathrooms, everything that you need for an amazing trip to Spain including hi speed fibre Wi-Fi, smart TV's and a well-designed kitchen with high end appliances.

When you can venture outside to the large outdoor terraces you can choose many different areas to relax, from the rooftop terrace in the evening or in the beautiful heated private pool (heating available at supplemental cost) and bubbling jacuzzi.

You can make the most of the gorgeous Spanish weather and dine alfresco at one of three separate outside dining areas, including our beautiful thatched pergola, making use of a high quality stainless steel gas barbecue and the brand new outdoor kitchen which has been getting rave reviews from guests.

If you would rather dine out, the villa is a 5-minute walk from some of the most highly rated restaurants in Calahonda and a short 10 minute drive to Marbella with its beautiful Old Town and incredible restaurants and shops.

The surrounding area of the Costa del Sol also offers a range of great attractions from the beautiful sandy beaches of the coast to over 40 golf courses and much more.

The complete villa will sleep up to 12 people with 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms which includes the self-contained 2 bed, 2 bath apartment on the lower ground floor overlooking the private pool, ideal for multi generational family holidays or friends holidaying together.

The property has a private heated pool making it an ideal choice for a holiday at anytime of the year, we include the use of our luxury jacuzzi in the base price, please note that heating of the swimming pool incurs an additional supplement, please enquire for rates,

The villa has everything a modern family could ask for and as we also use the property a great deal we take a close interest in ensuring all guests have the most comfortable and enjoyable stay possible. This villa is so much more than your standard holiday property, it is a beautiful luxury home from home and benefits from those extra home comforts that you won’t often see in a holiday villa.

The villa is entered from the street level and includes the main level plus upper level which is home to the main bedroom, en-suite and upper terrace area. The apartment is entered via a separate gated entrance to the side of the villa and steps down to the apartment front door.

The villa has 4 bedrooms including a master bedroom with super king bed and ample space for a travel cot and en-suite bathroom with power shower. The other bedrooms are on the main level and include a double bedroom with king size bed, larger twin bedroom (suitable for adults sharing) with ample storage space (wardrobe and shelves).

The smaller twin bedroom is ideal for children sharing. In the hallway off the double bedroom there is wardrobe and storage space. There is also an additional cloakroom on the main villa level. There is full fibre to the property so the internet gets great speeds with approx 60 meg up and down!

In addition to luxury mod-cons and appliances there is also a large Brabantia wall-mounted drying rack for drying towels and clothes, small range of children’s books and toys to keep the little ones happy, ample clothes storage and Smart TVs.

There is a stunning top terrace with outside furniture to seat 5 people, you can enjoy far-reaching views down across to the sea and even as far as Gibraltar on a clear day.

There are also two sun-loungers on the top terrace for ultimate private sun-bathing. On the main villa level there is a covered terrace with outside sofas to seat 4 people, perfect for enjoying an evening drink or breakfast.

There is also a secluded outside dining area with Moorish style outside table and seating for 4 people located off the villa lounge with easy access to the kitchen through the villa and surrounded by plants and sapling orange/lemon trees.

On the lower level around the apartment there is a large thatched pergola with a glass dining table with seating for 10 people next to the fantastic, new for August 2021, outdoor kitchen with huge BBQ, fridge and plumbed in sink.

Around the pool there are many sun loungers as well as two chill out zones, one covered with two sofas seating around 6 people and around chill out bed for the ultimate in sunbathing. In addition under the shaded area there is a new hanging chair which is proving very popular as well.

So many options and outside spaces make this villa truly special and unique.

The self-contained apartment is on the lower ground floor overlooking the pool and has a good size master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite and a twin bedroom and second bathroom. There is IPTV (internet TV) allowing you to watch many of your favourite TV shows from back home and dining seating for 4.

The property has been furnished to very high standards & has everything you could hope for from a holiday property. We rely heavily on word of mouth recommendations and regularly get around 50% plus repeat guests returning year after year and are often booked up approx. 1 year in advance.
