This beautiful home is just a short walk to the beach and is perfectly situated on a quiet street in peaceful Surfside Beach. The spacious 1st floor offers an open floor plan giving you a clear line of sight from the kitchen through the living room and out to the covered patio area and pool. New LVT flooring gives a sleek, modern appeal. With a beautiful polywood patio dining table (seats 6) and Tete A Tete Captain chairs (seats 2), you'll find plenty of reasons to splash in the pool and soak up the sunshine in the big backyard. A complimentary gas grill is included for your convenience (note: it is owner provided so it is not professionally maintained between rentals; every guest is responsible for cleaning and supplying propane during their stay). We look forward to welcoming you to Blue Bayou where you're sure to make memories to last a lifetime!

Private Pool (17' x 13' & 3' to 4' Deep) - Professionally Maintained, Seasonal Pool Heat Available (Upon Request, Additional Fees Apply), Exterior Shower, Large Covered Patio, Paved Parking (3 Uncovered Spaces), Professionally Landscaped Grounds, Non Smoking Environment, No Pets Allowed. This property has 2 exterior surveillance cameras located at the front door and facing the rear side of the property.

PROPERTY AMENTITIES
Internet, Televisions, Heat & Central A/C, Ceiling Fans, Washer & Dryer, Range & Oven, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Iron & Ironing Board, Basic Kitchen Amenities include a Kuerig coffee maker. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc as needed.
*The linen package includes sheets for all beds, 2 bath towels and wash cloths per how many the property sleeps, a kitchen towel, and a dish cloth. The linen delivery service does not include bed makes. If you do not need the linen package, please decline the service on your Rental Agreement which you will receive after booking. If declined, the linen service charge will be deducted from your second payment.
Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. A 3% service fee will be added if you choose to pay with a credit card. E-checks are NOT accepted within 14 days of arrival. The name on the credit card or e-check account must match the name on the reservation.
**Bookings exceeding 28 days will require a security deposit, which will be collected after the reservation is confirmed.
