About this house rental
Experience panoramic vistas of the Yorkshire Dales at this magnificent 3-bedroom detached property. Bright dual-aspect rooms and expansive gardens. Versatile accommodation with a master bedroom featuring a king bed and 2 singles, convertible twin room to a king, and an additional single room. The bathroom boasts both a shower and roll-top bath. Ideal location for exploring The Yorkshire Dales. Optional Hot Tub facility available at a fee of £150 per stay. Ample parking

There are lovely villages in all directions that are close by. There are country pubs in Lofthouse, Middlesmoor, Wath and Pateley Bridge and a little further a field you have the fantastic spa town of Harrogate, Knaresborough, Grassington, Masham, Skipton, Leeds and York
The entrance to Reservoir View Holiday Cottages has clear signage elevated near the wrought Iron gates just before the village of Ramsgill. There is a cobbled driveway which has ample off street parking for many vehicles.
The Old Coach House offers a scenic lawned front area and a spacious private enclosed garden at the rear. You can enjoy vast space and privacy in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, surrounded by stunning landscapes and wildlife. Located near the Nidderdale Way walking trail, you can explore walking, cycling, and motorbike routes. Nearby villages offer country pubs and restaurants, while the town of Pateley Bridge, just 5 miles away, boasts dining options and independent shops with local produce
A vehicle will be required to get to the property. Public transport is available in the nearby town and taxi companies are available, but infrequent so having your own vehicle will be desirable for exploring the lovely countryside.

You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit amounting to £500 (This option has a small admin fee which is 2% in the UK) or buying a non-refundable damage waiver amounting to £40. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
We recommend you take out Travel insurance to protect yourself against any unforeseen situations that prevent you from travelling.
Hot Tub:
There is one Hot Tub accommodating 6-7 people maximum at anyone time. We appreciate that not everyone wants a Hot Tub and so this is an optional extra, and a £150.00 fee applies to cover the additional costs. Please indicate if you would like to use this facility during your stay by ticking the box and paying the Hot Tub Fee. No Glassware is allowed in the Hot Tub for safety reasons.

Dogs only, up to £20 per dog. 3 dogs maximum. Dogs must be well-behaved.

Gorgeous house in a tranquil location. Fabulous attention to detail and helpful host. We loved our weekend.

Not sure if the above rating is correct - but it should read 10/10! We would give more if it were possible. We had a fantastic 2 day stay in the Old Coach House. It's just been renovated to an very high standard and is a very warm, cosy and welcoming place! It has stunning views of the reservoir and countryside. Sally, the owner, was great and helped us instantly on whats app with anything we asked her about.
Can't recommend this place enough and we will definatley be back asap!!! Thanks again Sally for a brilliant holiday!
