About this villa rental

Please come and spend your holidays in complete safety and tranquillity in this amazing and very cleaning villa in the warmest and safest region of Spain. No car needed. Close to beaches and food shops(10mn on foot), modern Villa south facing 135 m² (1460 sq. ft.) entirely independent for 2 at 6 adults with a very nice walled garden 320 m² (3450 sq. ft.) and a large private heated pool. The heating of the pool will be programmed at 28° in off-season (with an additional cost between €120 and €180/week depending the season). The property is located on the Costa Calida, between Alicante & Cartagena, just 25 minutes from Airport Murcia (RMU) and 45mn from Alicante airport (ALC). This region enjoy about 315 sunny days a year and the villa is located at 500 m from the sandy beaches and many food stores, (Lidl, Aldi, Spar...) and bars and restaurants (between 300 and 500m).

Great place to stay everything you need in the villa was bigger than we was expecting. Was a little worried the children would get a little bored not at all they were never out off the pool. Everything is so close by and the owners are brilliant nothing is to much trouble. Hoping to book again next year would definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful spacious villa. The host couldnt do enough to help, Marie even booked our taxis, when we wanted a trip out. Friendly restaurants, especially the one attached to the camp site near by. The italian one does amazing food.

We had the best time chillaxing for the past week. Our hosts Marie and Frank were thoughtful helpful and considerate. Everything was within walking distance we did not need a car. Straightforward taxi from Murcia to the Villa arranged by our hosts. The villa feels like a home and has everything a family could need. Already cannot wait to return. Kia ora

The villa was amazing and and contained everything we could have wished for It was pristeen and Marie Ange was very helpfull with organising transfers, and providing advice on the local area. We have 3 little kids who loved the pool and we could relax due to the security of the villa. Already miss the fresh lemons off the tree which went perfectly with cold Sangria!! Couldn't ask for a better place and will be going back next year!!

We have just returned from a lovely 10 night stay at this villa. It was exactly as described and we received a very warm welcome from Marie and Franck. The hosts had organised our taxi from the airport and they also provided a much needed welcome pack of essentials as we arrived quite late. We didn’t have any issues during our stay but Marie checked in via WhatsApp a couple of times just to make sure everything was ok. The villa had everything we needed and more. We would definitely recommend the villa and the hosts.

From our arranged (by Marie) pick up from Murcia airport to our departure our hosts could not have been more helpful. The Villa is very comfortable with seating areas at the back and front of the villa. Pool is lovely also very clean. The villa is well equipped if you want to cook your own meals and the BBQ is super. About 10 minutes walk from supermarkets and beaches. Weather was wonderful. We would recommend this villa and thank you to our hosts Marie and Franck.

The villa was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The air conditioning worked really well which was great as it was very hot when we stayed. Lots of lovely restaurants within and easy walking distance, as was the beach. There were supermarkets near by, however, we opted to use one that offered online shopping with delivery as we didn't hire a car and that worked out great. The hosts were so friendly and knowledgeable of the local area and had left us lots of information on where we could visit as well as maps and transport information which was really helpful. We would definitely return.

Just enjoyed a couple of weeks at this villa, like previous comments the pictures don't do it justice. Owners were very accommodating as we flew really early and even got us a birthday cake & candles for one of our girls. Pool was lovely and used daily, plenty of space outside. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants & to supermarkets the other way. Smart TV was fantastic for the kids & we were very grateful of the air conditioning as it was hot during our stay. Bar around the corner was a nice way to break up the day and just a little further was a café at the camper park. A great place to stay!

We had a wonderful holiday in Santiago de La Ribera. The villa is very comfortable and has everything one needs. Marie and Franck are excellent hosts. I have some mobility issues and this villa suited me perfectly. Santiago de la Ribera is excellent for people with mobility problems. We shall definitely return.

This was our second stay at this villa as our first stay was excellent and we wanted to return. Marie and Franck are superb hosts and we enjoyed excellent communication. The villa has been updated since our last visit, repainted, updated bedroom furniture, sun beds, barbecue and a new table-tennis table. We are a party of six, four adults and two children, there was more than enough room for us all to enjoy the property. The villa is of a very high standard very clean and well maintained it is situated in a quiet area and only 10 - 15 minutes easy walk to the beach. The shops are within 10 minutes walk. There is a shopping trolley and plenty of bags provided so a car is not necessary. There is a small gym which was used (not by all of us) and of course the private pool which we all used and the boys almost lived in! The suite upstairs is superb very large bed, en-suite bathroom, fridge and safe in the wardrobe. Marie and Franck arranged transfers for us from the airport and back which were excellent, very professional and a good price. Also during our stay we wanted to arrange transport for a day out in nearby Cartagena. We struggled so contacted Marie who put us in contact with the transfer firm and we had an excellent day out. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, the beach area is superb very clean, lots of eating places, very shallow warm water and is ideal for the grand children. We have no hesitation in recommending this property or Marie and Franck as hosts. We have already decided to return with Marie and Franck again next year.

The villa is equipped with everything you could wish for, and more. It is finished to a high standard with good quality but characterful furnishings and facilities. Marie-Ange and Franck thought of all the details to enhance our stay and provided an excellent standard of cleanliness. They were available by phone to offer advice, such as the best place to go to hire a car, and Franck attended regularly and discreetly early in the morning to maintain the pool. We stayed in August, so the pool (and air con at night) were most welcome. The house is decorated beautifully and the outside space is stunning, with citrus trees, flowers, water features, plenty of seating, sun loungers and that amazing pool. We felt very lucky to be able to call the villa our home for two weeks - the perfect getaway. Thank you both very much.

This place is just as described with the wonderful pictures and have everything you need for your vacation. We stayed there for 10 days (5 persons) and really enjoyed all the time in this wonderful place. Marie was so nice and friendly and was always there for help if we needed anything and she provides those extra things you don't find in other houses like shopping trolley, parasol to bring to the beach etc etc. There was also several good and affordable restaurants within 1km. Extra bonus was the outdoor ping-pong table that we used everyday 😀

Marie Ange and Franck are great hosts, the property is really well equipped in a great location. Beach, bars, restaurants 10 mins walk, Aldi /lidl 10 mins walk. Good local restaurant 5 mins walk and nice cafe/bar 5 mins walk. Pool and garden perfect for relaxing. Highly recommended.

The property is amazing and the pool divine, the kids were in it every day (ok, me too!). Lidl and Aldi are 10-15 mins walk one way and the beach 10-15 mins walk the other. Marie is the perfect host and wanted to ensure everything was just right. I can't praise the owners or the villa highly enough, we had the most fantastic time.

Beautiful condo , very new and clean. The pool is immaculate (we didn't use as it was only 50 degrees temp.) Super big water heater so you won't run out of water. Nice neighborhood location. Private parking with locking gate. Great communication with owner who just lives 10 minutes away.

Family all had a wonderful holiday. The villa is perfect and no fault could be found. Everything you could possibly need was supplied. Marie and Franck are so friendly and helpful. Our visit was for 3 weeks during October and the pool was heated. Everyone loved the pool and the children had a fantastic time playing in it not to mention the adults! Supermarkets and beach within easy walking distance. Everything for the perfect holiday. Our transfers to and from the airport were arranged in advance and everything ran smoothly. We have no hesitation in recommending this villa 100%.Thank you again Marie and Franck.

The villa was exactly as illustrated, extremely well equipped and everything considered. Loved the pool, the barbecue, the rooms and numerous dining options. Villa was perfectly placed with numerous restaurants and beach a short walk away. Marie and Franck always at hand if there were any questions.
