A lovely and modern penthouse apartment only a short walk to Estepona marina, beaches and restaurants. It offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a spacious balcony with amazing south-east views for alfresco dining, perfect for families due to the location and its amenities. In the master bedroom, with its kingsize bed and plenty of wardrobe space, you'll find the en-suite bathroom with its modern feel and white suite comprising of bath with hand-held shower, hand basin, WC and bidet. The second bedroom has two single beds that share the family bathroom with shower cubicle, hand basin and WC. The kitchen has all mod cons, including a dishwasher, three ring cooking hob, oven and microwave. There is also a separate laundry area with washing machine. On the south-east facing balcony you’ll find a dining set for six guests surrounded by glass panels to make it feel even more spacious. The lounge comprises of a dining table with six chairs, a comfortable three seater sofa, an extra sofa chair and a flat screen television with its international multi-channel system, offering British, French, Dutch, German and Scandinavian languages including Sky. The apartment is fully air-conditioned with a new and efficient central system and has a high-speed fibre optic internet connection for your use. Within the urbanisation of Puerto Blanco, you'll find the large community swimming pool only a short walk from the property (around 250m). A car is not necessary but there is a private parking space in the secure underground car park if needed. All in all, a great family holiday apartment.

This apartment was absolutely immaculate and everything provided for the perfect holiday. The kitchen has everything you need for a family of 4 and a dishwasher and washing machine to make life easier!! The location was a short walk from the port and about 20 minutes walk to the old town. The apartment is at the top of a very very steep hill which might not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The pool is also lovely and was never too crowded even though it was August. Would highly recommend , one of the best and cleanest places we have stayed.

We loved this apartment as well Estepona. Apartment clean and spacious with incredible views. It had everything what we needed, kitchen stocked, enough towels and bedding. Having wash machine a big plus as well Air conditioning. Absolutely recommended it to anyone. Host easy to reach and quick response.
