Adults will relish time spent rocking away on one of the three decks, and kids will love playing Xbox while watching movies on the double TV set up in the bunk room. We believe no one should have to cook while on vacation, but for those who desire to, this kitchen has everything you need - all modern appliances, a 48" stove and refrigerator, ample countertop space, two dishwashers, and all necessary utensils for your convenience. Once dinner is done, retreat to the ground floor family room for a movie or game night.If backyard fun is what you are after, look no further than the backyard oasis, equipped with an outdoor kitchen, 75-inch TV, and sound system, ample room for corn hole, pickleball, and putting practice on the rear lawn, and plenty of room for the water babies to splash around in the pool that can be heated for a fee or tan on the sun-deck. The oversized hot tub ensures there is no shortage of places to unwind. SPOILER ALERT: The Owner’s Suite is to die for! Do yourself a favor and volunteer to make the booking to get first dibs on the private ocean-view deck.Please Note: We rent to families only.House parties, loud noises and extra vehicles are prohibited - violation of this will result in eviction.
