Towels and sheets in the room both had stains on them. When fresh sheets were requested I was told that house keeping was gone and they did not know where they were.

The restaurant attached was pricey and the food was awful. Absolutely no meat or alcohol offerings and service was so bad. They add tip automatically clearly because they know service is awful. Unit door locks are outdated and my keys didn’t work. Property has potential but needs new ownership or management to make necessary improvements

Hotel was nice, thats about it. Hotel website has all these amenities but none in affect. Restaurant was shut down and was not told, did not serve the complementary breakfest as stated, hotel staff barely spoke English, pool area was filthy and the one smaller pool had caution tape around it, sauna was out of order, and the gym was horrible. Not to mention had to call down to front desk for towels so i could get a shower before checking out. Called 1st time at 830am, 2nd time at 9am and third time i went to front desk and they said house keeping will be up shortly, well got the towels at 1030am. Check out is at 11am. Oh and there were abandoned vehicles in the hotels parking garage, which you had to pay extra to park. Hotels websites pictures and the actual hotel are completely different. Definitely a let down

I would not stay here again. Staff was friendly however; there was no breakfast provided. Parking had to be paid. There was an attached restaurant that had delicious food but limited hours open. When I requested extra towels- They only gave half what I requested.

Quiet hotel in a good location. Parking was easy. The rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there next time I’m in Stamford.

I highly recommend this hotel. The pool was heated and lots of fun. The hotel is safe with an exceptional restaurant. The staff was courteous and supportive.

Stay was comfortable and great. Pooll was amazing. Hottub was out of service. The dry sauna was nice the wet sauna was moldy. Front desk staff was amazingly poliet and helpful

Needed to stay just one night but wished we could have done a longer one. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Quiet stay. Very pleased. Extremely convenient with food near by and even a grocery store a minute away.

I’d give this place a 4 star review except that my last stay was the 2nd time in four stays that there was a fire alarm. This time it was at midnight and the alarm is literally too loud to walk down the hallway without sticking your fingers in your ears. Other issue, the bathroom sink requires about five minutes before the hot water actually turns hot.

Parking is very convenient and only $10 for in and out. Room was clean and spacious. Shower head is eco friendly. Translation, pressure not great and no massage features. Kcup pods were not as high quality as they were in my last stay. Green mountain is not great. Great kosher dairy restaurant downstairs. Pool is kind of small. Exercise room has cardio and weight machines. Great shopping a short walk away, including Marshalls, Staples, Five Below, Stop and Shop and LA Fitness.

Before you open your suitcase after checking into a room, make sure things are working in your room. The TV did not work in the room I was given and it took over 5 minutes to start feeling warm water from the faucets in the bathroom. Frustrating to have to switch rooms because the rooms were not carefully checked before assigning them. This is a huge hotel and superficially looks nice because of the atrium on the first floor but the rooms are merely average and lacking in comfort.

The Property feels elegant, very spacious, filled with lovely music when we were there. Parking is convenient and accessible regardless of the weather. The restaurant is unique as the menu is simple but delicious. We enjoyed it very much. Maria

Hotel has potential to be much better. Had to switch rooms because tv did not work. They should not say they have a restaurant and breakfast. Restaurant was a small kosher restaurant with limited unusual dishes. It didn’t open for breakfast until 8 am and I had to leave before then. Room itself was good, comfortable and clean. Overall okay for the money, but doubt I would stay here again

The first room smelled of smoke. The second room first didn't have a remote, then had a non-working TV. The third room worked. Napoletana restaurant in lobby was outstanding and reasonably priced. Parking was easy and $10 in and out overnight. Near good shopping.

This property needs a facelift it is a very large convention hotel. There wasn’t a group event and during our 2 nights there were very few people there. It was a little creepy feeling. Also pool was heated to the temperature of a hot tub. My daughter was diagnosed with hot tub funiculitis, a bacterial infection, when we returned home. She didn’t go in any other pools so it seems likely it was from the pool at Armon.

Not certain why, but there is no meat served at this hotel at all. There had been some kind of event that happened or was happening and all of the entrances were unvacuumed and ill kept. Average for the cost.

Upon arrival it looks modern, but once inside this hotel is dated and run down. There was no staff available to help with bags, we saw guests including us loading our own bags on carts and rolling them to our rooms. It was ok for just an over night stay wouldn’t have been able to stay any longer.

Overall, good but we had to switch rooms because the first room we entered had a distinct smell of cigarette smoke - unacceptable at any decent hotel. The next room was great - no further issues. The price was right.

I have stayed here before in the past, but this visit was different. To start, multiple things in the room did not work. Iron, TV and even one outlet. Second, not once did anyone come to replace the sheets, bring towels etc. After the first night and I noticed room service did not come, I called the front desk to request them to bring towels and to change the sheets, they stated room service was gone for the day. I stated I saw them when I was exiting in the morning, so why did they skip my room? She proceeded to tell me that there was nothing she could do. I asked for a new room, and she said she will call me back. She did not. Overall my experience was poor. I will not rebook in the future.

Liked my stay as room was nice and staff friendly. Room price was very affordable. Room very nice, great shower. Disappointed that free breakfast was not available and the TV did not work. Thank goodness for iPad as internet was real fast.

Only stayed over for less than 12 hours. Hotel was nice, but it could use a fresh coat of paint. Be aware that you have to pay for parking.
