Don't do it.

The room was clean.

Veeeery sketchy. Wasn't expecting anything luxury since we only paid $127 total but it was so bad we didn't even stay the night! Upon check in (daylight hrs) there were some questionable activities going on, but we brushed it off and attended our event. When we returned after the event the atmosphere was even worse, ladies working by the hour, an active domestic situation playing out (cops w a dog outside the affected room), and when we heard another family leaving we decided to leave too. My boyfriend drove us home. I know we aren't getting the money back so I'm frustrated but leaving this review so at least none of y'all waste your money too.

I didn’t stay! This is the second property in a row where the pictures advertised on Booking.com was a misrepresentation

I didn’t like anything about the property. After I saw the state of the room (which was filthy) I spent the next 4 hours trying to get another room somewhere else.

Very comfortable, Convenient and very Affordable.

The property is 10 minutes from Buckroe Beach. It is 5-6 from other attractions too!! Food is very close by. The staff is friendly and is attentive to any problems. Very Quiet and comfortable bed. I recommend this for single traveler.

My stay was very trash and would not recommend to anyone. Every room smells and blankets smells.

I did not like anything about the property. Every room smelt like cigarettes, whether yiu slept in a smoking or non smoking rooom.

I did not like the scent of the rooms. They all smelt like cigarettes. I went in two rooms and both had ripped blankets which looked like burn holes from cigarettes.

The room was relatively clean and the linen was fresh clean and crisp. The staff was personable and friendly when I checked in.

There was only one very small trash can. There were no clothes hangers or anywhere to hang clothes if you had clothes hangers. The faucet in the shower was dysfunctional, and it either took a long time for the water to get hot or it was hot and there was no blend. The lighting in the bathroom was not sufficient for most of your female guests to use the mirror properly. Neither for your male guests that want to shower in the mirror. And there was no hint of an idea of whether there was ice or an iron or any other amenities available.

Location was good. Kinda like a diamond in the rough. We only stayed for 1 night and we didn't want to spend a lot of $$ for only 1 night.

Older building but you can tell the business is upgrading.

The fridge worked great the bed was huge and comfortable I slept great.

The floor wasn’t cleaned good the sheets had a few small stains the shower was that clean either

The water in the shower was freezing. Took very long to warm up, even when it did, it was not very warm. I asked for a non smoking room, when placed in our room, we found a cigarette bud on the floor. Did not look like the room was fully cleaned from previous tenants.

Going to be nice. Right now bugs...

They are renovating the facility. It is obviously an old hotel but the new amenities are top notch.

Hadn't finished putting in things like a microwave or fridge. And there were roaches!!!! I killed 7 in the few days I was there. They were probably there before the renovation but they are there! And don't oversleep or you will deal with the most annoying attendant ever!!! Can't book additional days, just a single day at a time. I couldn't deal with it any more and went to a more expensive hotel that didn't have these problems.
