About this villa rental
This classic stone built villa offers total privacy, luxury & relaxation on one of the most secret & beautiful beaches of Greece. Just fifteen minutes drive from Lefkas town & two minutes from the pretty seaside village of Agios Nikitas, you can bathe in the 1 km long secluded beach of Milos. The views from the villas over the crystal blue waters are second to none and the sunsets are absolutely breathtaking. Stone steps with handrails lead directly from the villas down to the beach.
Changeovers on Sunday or Saturday (in principal). If bookings allow it can be flexible.
Flights to our local airport Preveza are available from many European countries including UK, Holland, Germany, , Austria, Switzerland and more. From Preveza airport you can either take a bus, taxi or rent a car to Lefkada.
ATHENS TO LEFKADA by car is approximately 385 kilometers.
You can reach Lefkada by car, via the bridge that connects Lefkada with the mainland.
By BUS- there are frequent KTEL bus routes to Lefkada from Athens, Thessalonica, Patras, and other major Greek cities. From Athens, bus service is daily and travel time is 5/6 hours. From Thessalonica, bus service is 2 times per week and travel time is 5 hours.
There are daily flights from Athens International Airport and Corfu Airport, to Aktio Preveza Airport.
We are happy to prearrange a taxi transfer for you from Preveza to the villas and help with any travel advice.

The view is the most stunning we have ever had over the most amazing beach. We stayed in a traditional villa which was beautifully furnished and very clean.
The stuff was extremely friendly and helpful. You can find a lot of restaurants in the village close by and if you want to cook yourself in the evening you can always drive to a supermarket in lefkada town which is just 20 min away. We loved the impressive hospitality and felt at home from the first moment. All in one we can totally recommend a stay at Milos Bay Villas and are planing on coming back next year.

We had a fantastic stay in Milos Bay Villa!
The villa have everything you need and more...The sunset was amazing, the pool area perfect, the beach wonderful, the staff very friendly and the privacy around the Villa gave a luxury feeling.
We regret we did not book 2 weeks since 1 week was far to short:(
The village close by offer a lot of nice restaurants and the grocery store has all the basics you need for breakfast and lunch.
We are very very pleased with the week in Milos Bay and we would love to go back....

What an outstanding view , the most perfect location with unspoilt views of the sea . A well equipped villa with the most helpful staff onsite willing to help with extra towels , sun beds etc . We had a fabulous week and would return again . Missing the views already and the friendly Greek locals

We stayed here for just 1 week to relax. form Sunday to Sunday which is when the flights from the UK to the local airport Preveza
are. It was just me and my boyfriend and we stayed in a lovely 2 bedroom traditional stone villa, the perfect size for us.
The pool was fantastic and there was lots of privacy. The villa itself was very quaint and cosy. Lovely wood beams, windows,
everything you need inside, and was very clean and tidy. We hired a car for our stay and went adventuring around the island
There are so many beautiful places to see. definitely worth a visit to porto katsiki, and mikros gialso (Poros). they were
our favourite spots. The island has so many breath taking views. I had never really heard of Lefkada before so was abit dubious about
coming but very pleased with the result. The team at Milos Bay Villas were very pleasant and helpful. they made the stay extra special.

Wow! Spectacular view of absolutely georgous coloured water. Breathtaking upon first sight!
The traditional cottage was perfect for the four of us, with everything you would need for a lengthy stay. Tassos and Simone are there for anything you may need and periodically check in to make sure your stay is perfect.
Great restaurants nearby and other beaches as well, but Milos beach is pretty tough to leave! It's hard to look at the photos because we are dying to get back!!
We are definitely returning next year. Thanks to Milos Bay for contributing to a wonderful family vacation ! See you next year

We stayed at Milos Bay Villas for 2 weeks and never wanted to leave. We stayed in one of the traditional villas. which was very cosy and perfect for our family of 5. the villa had its own pool, fully equipped and lovely and clean. we also had a mid stay clean and linen change. Nothing was too much. The steps i haveread about are no trouble, after our breakfast it was perfect to take a stroll down to the beach. The colour of the water is out of this world. i have never seen sea so blue! It was like a home from home in paradise!also plenty to do for the children. and lots to see. Lefkas is just 15-20 mins in the car. and a lovely little village,Agios Nikitas just 2 mins away for fresh bread and every day essentials. a great combination of fun and relaxation! I recommend a visit to this place!

Four villas on two different levels.
The view is fantastic, the best you can find at this island, which is also very beautiful with very long beaches on the west coast.
The staff was very professional .
Pool was cleaned every day, and the villas twice a week.
The parking area on the top is helpful and protected.
The houses are very comfortable for a family, up to 5 – 6 people, but not for 6 adults if they are not a family, I mean 3 different couples.
They are designed very clever , stone walls and wood inside, a very traditional style which is absolutely connected with the landscape around.
Are fully equipped like a home.
There is Jacuzzis in the bathrooms and a gas barbeque out.
We used both a lot…
It was nice and relaxing.

Every year we are spending our holidays in a beachfront villa, mostly in Greece.
First time I can say that the reality is better than the photos of the ad….
The view was unbelievable.
The beach down is 1 km long and absolutely empty, mid end September .
No one there, only me and my family.
The villa was a stone one, very beautiful and comfortable.
Fully equiped kitchen, big marble bathroom with Jacuzzi , and another ensuite bathroom.
We were 2 adults and 3 children, perfect for us.
The staff was friendly and professional.
The pool boy was cleaning the pool every day and helped us with the bags upon arrival and departure.
The parking is protected .
The island is very beautiful.
The west coast is more wild , with long beaches , the east coast is more crowded, with villages on the coastline , nice also.
I recommend Lefkas town for food and night life, it’s 12 km drive from Ag. Nikitas.
Nice property nice holidays.

We visited this property 70973 on May 2013.
We had a stone villa on the upper level closer to the entrance / parking area of the property.
It was exactly as described in the photos of the ad.
The owner Tasos waited for us the day of arrival with his staff and give us all the information for the property and the island.
The view is the big advantage there .
Also the very professional stuff.
The villas ,all four stone villas, each one with its own pool, it’s a nice comfortable family accommodation.
Very good for someone who want to relax 2 weeks, above a fantastic beach with a good privacy and the best view on the island.
Lefkas is a very beautiful island.
Fantastic landscape and long secluded beaches, especially on the west.
There are some very nice small villages, on the coastline, where you can find good food next to the sea.

Its hardly someone find a better piece of land to construct a holiday house.It seems that the owner found it some years before and now he is fully booked from early May to mid October .I was surpirced when I was checking the availability before I booked my holidays,but when I arrived there ,I understood why.
Any way,the view and the spot are unbelievable,the service is very good as there is staff in the property all day,the houses are comfortable for families up to 4-5 persons ,there is enough privacy,and a very beautifull island around,Lefkas,unexpected beautifull,all green around,with nice small houses and picturous landscapes.
You need a car ,unless if you prefer to stay all day in the house,which is not a bad choice ,if you need to relax.
There are car rentals everywhere in the island ,also bike rentals.
Choose Lefkas town for food,its better.
From Nidri,on the west coast you can hire a boat for a daily cruise to some closer small islands.
I met polite and friendly people.
It was nice,maybe I be back in the future.

Its hard to describe this .Unique place,unique view and also very good service.
The Ionian sea (its the name of the sea on the west part of Greece ,as they told me) is below you.And a beach from your best dreams ,especially in the early morning,absolutelly empty. Crystal waters.
I was planning to search the whole island with my wife,but I didn’t.The whole week I was lying on the sunbed drinking my beer in front of the sea.
The house is a stone traditional old style Greek house(there are four of them in the property).Stone walls make it very breezy inside(we didn’t use the air conditions)it was early June with 28 degrees out.It was very comfortable for 3 adults and two children(our group).
The big advantage is that the property is far away,3km ,from any car road and there is no other construction around,so there is no noise at all.After a week there we forgot the city noises.Its a place for relax.
The parking area on the level above the villas is really helpful.
There is staff at the property ,not exactly room service ,but there is always someone in the property ,you can ask for information or extra towels, for example…
Pool was cleaning every morning from a pool boy.Its deep ,from 1m to 2.40 meters.
Agios Nikitas is a nice village ,3km away.Good for someone to visit.Some fishermen there ,sale fishes from their boats in the morning.I bought some for the barbeque.
You must search a little,a lot of the restaurants there serve a typical “tourist food”.
Best place for food is Lefkas town,10 km away,I think

We are an Italian family ,we live in Greece the last 15 years.I thought that the best view in Greece is the Santorini volcano.But last summer when I was visited this place in Lefkas,with my family I can say that I started to think about it again.
The view from the top of the hill,when we faced the sea from the window of our villas was breathtaking,especially in the early morning ,when none was on the beach below.(My wife preferred the sunsets in the afternoon,maybe also better from Santorini,if someone know).
There is staff in the property,a girl named Petia,Petra…Vey helpful.
The villa is a traditional stone construction,like the old houses we saw in the villages around.Its the traditional style of Lefkas they told us.Really nice.
Agios Nikitas village is a tourist place at 3 km distance from the villas.
Even in July,there are some places to eat and drink,away from the awfull “tourist summer food” which you cant avoid in a lot of places in Greece in peak season.
We had a wonderfull time.I hope to be back next year.

I am from Switzerland and my wife is Greek .We are living between Greece and Switzerland and the last 15 year we spend our summer holidays in Greek islands.
The last 6 years in this same property!!
Tasos,the owner is a close friend now.
The staff,the same the last 5 years ,they are also friends of us.
As I am now a Greek experienced traveler, I can say that this place is one of the top 5 places,if you vote based on the natural beauty,in Greece.A place that someone must visit before leave this country.
I don’t want to speak about the villas,the facilities the friendly staff because as I said before,I am a friend or the owner now.Some may believe that I want to promote the property .
But the location…..i can bet that it’s the best place in Lefkas,the best in the Ionian islands and one of the best in Greece.
I think that nobody can refuse on it.

Nice holiday ,beautiful island
Me, my wife and our 3 kids were spending two weeks last summer at this beautiful place.
I was afraid about the privacy when the owner informed me that there are more than one villa in the property.There are four villas ,but I have to tell now,that they are constructed in such a clever way,that everyone feels absolutelly private.
Only if you want it a lot ,you will finally meet other customers in the property.
I did it,it was a nice German family.
The view is fantastic,is the strong advantage of this property.Its hard to find a better view.
The gas barbeque is fine.We used it a lot.
We were driving a lot around the island,its really a nice place,even the east part,which is not so wild like the west part.There is a place,Nidri,where you can take small or bigger boats for a daily cruise around the island ,it was nice.
Agios Nikitas village ,is a small place but has everything.From mini markets and restaurants till car rentals and ATM.
So,if you don’t like to move from the villas,you can find everything around 3 km distance,for a lazy holiday.

The parking area is on the top of the hill.There is a protected parking area there.This is important and if someone knows the parking problem in Greece in August ,he will understand what I mean.
A stair drives you down in the property.There are four villas on two different levels,each one with its own pool.Very clever construction,I have to say.They took advantage of every square meter of the land and constucted villas and pools in a way that everyone ,if he wants, can keep his privacy.No one can see you when you swim and you can meet someone of the other customers, only if you want.
If you continue the stairs ,drives you to the beach ,very nice beach, really.There is no road access down ,someone can go down there ,only from this property or by the sea.
It means even the crowded August we saw no more than 50-60 people lying on the beach.
The best hour is early morning ,or after 5 afternoon.No one is there.
The sunset is idyllic,really unforgettable.
The houses are traditional,stone Greek houses,ideal for four adults,very comfortable for 4 adults and two children,but a little uncomfortable if for 6 adults .We were 3 adults and 2 children,perfect.
Very good cleaning,nice and polite staff,they all speak in English,clean pool and finally a nice small,village with a lot of fishing boats and calm night life at 3 km away.
It was a nice relaxing holiday.

What a place.!!!
The view is unique.I was staying in the terrace in the evening and i was looking the sea below,more than two hours every day.Nothing else,just looking ,drinking a glass of wine.
It relaxed me from the work of the whole year.The bad thing was that I spent only one week there.
It was end September and it was 27 deggrees C .!!
You can imagine my shock when next day driving back home I found a snow storm on the Alpes….

Magnificent view,unbelievable sunsets,late afternoon,barbeque faced the sea and the sunset,very nice people around,helpful staff and some gifts from the owner the day of departure.
This property stands on a unique place.
I have seen some other reviews here,where people describe the houses,the interior and the facilities…!!Who cares about it?
Me and my wife were 20 hours per day out of the house,around the pool,or on the sunbeds ,or in that fantastic beach below,searching and enjoy this magnificent place,a place that luckily is still unspoiled from the rapidly growing tourist industry in Greek islands.

All the west part of the island is very beautifull,I have never seen so many beautiful beaches in the same place.

We choosed this property from the bautifull photos and because its was pet friendly,we travel always with our little pet.
But finally it was friendly on everything.
Fist time we found a self accommodated villa with staff ,next to us any time.
There were two girls and a boy,pool boy actually,who took care from everything in the property.From carrying the bags the day of arrival and departure till everyday cleaning.Any information we needed for the island,restaurants,sightseeings….was given fast and correct.
If you add in all these the unbelievable view and the most beautifull sunsets ,we had one of the best family holidays in our life.
I am away ftom Greece now but I will be again in that property some day.

This is the only holiday we have ever had where the owners description was not enough to cover the beauty, of the beach, the quality of the complex, and the dedication of the owners
And the staff to ensure the best holiday you could have. Transport was pre arranged and a taxi was waiting us at the airport.
We were out on the sunbeds enjoying our wine and bbq at the end of the day.It was a lovely home away from home. We did not want to leave to go home when our holiday was over !!
The views are stunning from the balconies and from every corner of the property. Even from the parking area. Loved this gorgeous Greek landscape.

We are an italian family and we stayed at this gorgeous villa in the week of 11 august 2012.
The place where is located the Villa, , is very quiet (on early august !!). On the beach, just below the villa,, there aren't many people, perfect for couple who love quiet beach. The beach is clean and the seawater clear
And now talk about the Villa .A very very excellent home with all comforts: all kind of kitchen sttuff, barbecue, radio to listen music, TV with sky to see film and FREE wi-f i Internet.
There was stuff there to hand over the keys as planned and they were very welcoming and friendly and presented the villa in a very clean state. Even during the mid-stay clean they didn't just change towels and bedsheets but cleaned the villa from top to bottom. 15 out of 10 for this!! truly lovely persons.
The villa is in a very peaceful location surrounded by farmland and we never heard anything to disrupt our peace and quiet .It was very restful and the children enjoyed using the pool and me the BBQ!
At 2 km distance there is a small traditional Greek village,Agios Nikitas.Good food and nice place for a family night out at its small cafes and restaurants.
A large and clean home . Unforgettable family holiday.

Location,location,location.Unique location.Access to the beach,and a great window and patio view of the most secluded beach of Lefkas,waterfront activity every day.Great fun to see the suncet during using the barbeque for the dinner.Short walk to everything.Easy to feel at home.Really liked also the interior of the villa.

We love Lefkas , which we already knew, and we were more than happy with the villa. It is fantastic located, nicely furnished with a superb terrace and a stunning view day and night! Plus it is above one of the most beautifull beach in the Mediterannean , a long but quiet beach.
Swimming in the morning when no one is on the beach is a fantastic experience.
Rooms and the living room are furnished with a very nice old style,and there is air condition everywhere.(During our stay in Lefkas the temperature were from 35 to 40 deggrees out there).Every night we had a barbeque dinner,on the terrace,in front of an amazing sunset.
There were marble bathrooms ,one ensuite,with jacuzi ,we used it a lot.
We had everything we need wiithin walking distance,Agios Nikitas village at 2 km distance.
Nice place,a traditional Greek village,even a little crowded in August.
Only one regret: too short stay. When at all possible we will be back and would definitely recommend it to our friends. Also, I would like to add that we were nicely welcomed by the staff and we had access to this very helpful owner throughout our stay.

Our two weeks-long stay at this villa was the best part of our 30 -day visit to Greece. The villa was absolutely lovely. The view was spectacular. The waterfront location was close to everything you needed or wanted to do, and the property and situation of the villa provided a sense of privacy and serenity unequaled by any vacation property we have ever rented.
The villa and the setting were perfectly married, an ideal property by the sea. The view from the property was expansive and idyllic. Additionally, the owner who occupy the gorgeous villa and grounds on the terraces above the house were extremely gracious and helpful.. Wonderfu l villa and wonderful people.The staff , Petia ,Lena and Jimmy were extremely helpful.
The villa was perfect .Fully equipped with even a microwave, free wifi, and an outdoor barbequel make as feel like home.The parking area,above the villa is so helpful at the crowded July days.We had extra beach towels almost every day.Enjoying your meal from the sun beds during the sunset was the most relaxing time of the day.
The beach below is one of the best in Greece,as locals say.There is no road or car access to this beach,on ly a small path,so even in July there were no more than 50 people down there.There are steps from the property to the beach,only for the customers of the villa so we enjoyed swimming early in the morning .We were the only people on the 1 km long beach at that time ,amazing.
At 2 km distance there is a small village,Agios Nikitas ,where we had our dinner,usually. We were surpirced from the the food and the local wines!
A lot of cafes and good but calm night life there.Its a family place

Milos Bay Villas is a property of 4 stone houses (a 5th is under construction) on a steep, west bounded cliff on Lefkas island. The property is approx. 200m away from any other building. You can reach the beach on steep stairs (not suitable for elderly and disable). Furnishing of the houses is functional and simple suiting, in our oppinion, very well to a laid back holliday at the sea. Cleaning is ok, very kind and continuos custumer service is provided by a very nice and assitant am and pm. Air conditioning, needed on days there is no wind, is well working. The 4 houses are pretty close one to the other but privacy is provided. Every house has a refreshing pool which is cleaned every day and a huge, stone terrace with a table and many sun-chairs.
To bring our middle-size dog was no problem at all. Children above 5 years are easy to look after.
Evenings on the terrace watching the sunset and listening to the sea are indiscribable....
