-Rental Agreement must be e-signed after booking, which requests the names and ages of adult guests.
-Bachelor/Bachelorette groups must all be over 30 years old.

-Additional deposits may be required.
-*Please Note: Beginning March 27, 2023 Lake McQueeney levels will be lower than normal while the city performs work on the dam. There is currently no estimated time of completion for the project. As such, there will be no boat lake access during the period of time the work is being performed.
-No pets allowed. If you are traveling with a pet, reach out as we can help you find a pet-friendly place.
-To keep our home beautiful, we ask that you not hang decorations on the walls. Tape, tacks, and other adhesives tend to peel paint and leave marks, etc. Glitter and confetti decor are also prohibited both inside and outside. Evidence will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250, plus the cost of damages to home.
-Enjoy a smoke, just not inside. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins. Indoor smoking will result in a sizable fine.
-Reservations made during Festivals and Conferences are non-refundable, i.e., SXSW, ACL, F-1, etc.
