Location is private yet close to downtown. Garage access was great for our biking needs. Three rooms and two baths worked out great for our group. The back patio area was nice in the mornings and evenings. Kitchen was easy to work around, though not much space for eating. But with all of the great places in town, we rarely ate in.

This place was perfect for our needs. Owner was great at resolving an issue we were having with the fireplace. All was fantastic. We'd stay here again!

We were up for our son's grad school graduation from UArk and the property was perfect for our weekend. The kitchen is very well-equipped and the covered patio and fire pit area provided plenty of space to enjoy a bbq celebration with family. The house was clean and comfortable. Though we would definitely stay at this property again, a few issues: There is definitely a strange odor in the house that we thought smelled like wet dog; there is no shade or blinds on the large front window-anyone could easily see inside, plus sunlight is very bright in the morning; the garbage cans are on the side of the house (kitchen side) and had not been emptied prior to our stay. Not sure where the flies in the kitchen were coming from (possibly outside garbage cans) but thankfully there was a fly swatter under the sink.
Property is convenient to downtown Bentonville and surrounding area. Would stay at this property again!

Th location was perfect and this place was exactly what we needed. Great location, clean and a comfy place to sleep.

Nice enough. Very clean! Cons: back door didn’t latch - only had a piece of wood to prevent sliding door from opening. Towels and linens were extremely cheap. Small detail, but we were disappointed there was zero coffee provided. Most places we’ve stayed leave pods or a package of coffee for guests. Would be a nice addition to the home. :)

Beautiful home with all new updates. The loch ness theme is really cute and original, without being over the top.

This is a cute small house in a nice neighborhood one mile from the town square. We had a group of 4 people - two couples and the size of the house was adequate. More than that it would be a tight fit. There are 4 barstools to eat at the counter and a picnic table outside. It's a nice kitchen minimally stock but most everything you need. Plan on bringing coffee, cream and sugar as there is enough for 4 people for one day. The house is dog friendly and even had dog bone treats in a jar. The house was clean but we had to turn the AC off because it caused the house to smell like urine when it was running. We gave a 4 star review on cleaning because of this odor. The nights were cool enough so we were fine with the windows open. All in all we had a good time with friends at this home.

Overall, great little place to stay if you are traveling with your dog! We were pleasantly surprised to find a dog door as it wasn’t on the description (we almost booked another rental which listed one), and the outside hose for cleaning off bikes let us keep the yard really clean for Fido’s next venture out. The dog door was a little short for our black Lab but she just crouched down a bit and used it happily in the middle of the night. They ask that dogs be kept off the furniture; no problem for us as ours is trained that way. Many dog-friendly restaurants in town.
Comfortable beds, house cooled well.
House quirks: the garage was just a tad too short for our standard truck. No facial tissue/Kleenex provided but lots of other items supplied. On the map it looks like lots of places are walkable, but there are no sidewalks and tons of construction and building traffic everywhere so we ended up driving even 4 blocks or so. There are no shades on the front window so be aware that the neighbors can see anyone in the kitchen (and living room if the lights are on). The latch on the sliding glass doors is broken but they’ve provided a piece of 2x4 to put in the track of the door and that’s lots safer anyway. Quiet cul-de-sac. Only glitches for us were a pixel problem on the TV, really dirty front windows, and I needed to run the few dishes we used through the dishwasher first because storing them open on floating shelves is cute but guaranteed to collect dust.

Our stay at the Nessie was great! We had four adults and were comfortable in the space. Yard was perfect for the dog. The house is nicely renovated and was well stocked. The location is close to everything. The garage was great for storing bikes safely. Would definitely stay here again!
