This gorgeous single-level mid-century house provides an open-concept space, perfect for hosting and conversing with your group. Fire up the luxury fireplace; it runs on gas, so it is always good to go!

Ready to get out on those trails? We got you; step outside. Right out the door is trail access, linking to various paths. Located in the historic area of Bentonville, this home is situated on a quiet street with shade trees all around, and access to the square is a straight shot away. Within two miles, you will find Bentonville Town Square, the Coler Mountain Park South Parking lot, Crystal Bridges, and Momentary/8th Street Market.

The fenced backyard offers a dining area, tropical lounge chairs, a new wooden deck, and a tire swing! So invite the whole gang outside and enjoy the fresh air in this private space.

This newly remodeled house didn't take any shortcuts. You and your beloved group will enjoy all of the house's extra touches, thoughtful and unique flare, comfortable space inside and outside, and the central location of the Sinatra. We think you will love the old photos and history books.

The kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessities to make any meal you prefer. Sleek bar stools are in the kitchen area, and more dining seating off the main living room.

A rainy day here wouldn't be so bad either! With so many open windows, you can chill and lounge all day inside and not be mad about it. Enjoy the indoor amenities such as the record player and various board games. Challenge your family members to a game of foosball or Ping-Pong in the game room. The smart TV in the living area is ready for streaming. Walk directly into the kitchen and living space. A full bathroom with a step-in glass shower is off the kitchen and has direct access to the primary bedroom.

This house was clean and had everything we needed for our adventures! Comfy beds, clean bathrooms, fully furnished kitchen with spices too! We were also grateful for a safe place to store our bikes!

The house was in a great area and walkable to downtown Bentonville. The decor was nice and the house was spotless. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of parking. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, utensils, cookware, bakeware, etc. BUT there were only three usable drinking glasses and one wine glass. There was no dish cloth or sponge to do dishes or wipe down countertops. No coffee was provided. Also, we wanted to enjoy the back deck, but it was covered in leaves and the table was coated with a thick layer of dirt/pollen/bird poo. The two sling chairs were filthy as well and not usable. Overall, we had a good experience, and these issues are easily remedied. If not for these concerns, I would have given it 5 stars.

Beds are comfy, location is amazing. A lot of small tweaks would make this a great stay. The ping-pong table listed does not exist, which was disappointing.

Beautiful, very well furnished facility. Wi-Fi is awesome, game room in rear of property was the hidden jewel. If your biking it is just minutes away from all the trails. Very clean city with lots of amenities. Parking is abundant even with a bike rack on the rear. Numerous bike stores if needed. Everyone very friendly. Check in and check out process is flawless. I would stay here again.

We stay in Bentonville ALOT. This is the first property I would NOT recommend. It is hosted by a property management group that is unresponsive and basically a call center so they can't answer questions or help with concerns. This listing is falsely advertised. The fire place that it hypes up had a sign on it that said "Do not use". The game room that is not pictured is actually a detached garage with no heat or air and there is no Ping Pong table. The foosball table is barely operational. The grill photographed on back patio doesn't exist. And luckily there were no other issues b/c there's no one to help you if there are. Best of luck, and buyer beware.

Really enjoyed the property location, close to all of the trails and near downtown. Loved the extra garage storage in the back of the property. It had ample bike storage, outlets to charge the e-bikes. Very clean and decorated very well. Will definitely rebook next time we are in town.

Very clean with great location close to town square in quiet neighbourhood. Kitchen well equipped except for serving dishes. Appliances in good working order. Beds a bit too soft but this is largely personal preference. Nice kid friendly back yard.

House was perfect for our long weekend of relaxing and enjoying the beauty of Bentonville! The owner is very responsive and helpful, and the property was well maintained and clean. Perfect location near the square and tons of great restaurants!

We enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and the bed was comfortable! The perfect place to come back to after walking around Crystal Bridges and downtown, especially since the location was great and so close to everything.

Everything was great. Clean house and rooms. Plenty of towels and linens. Nice record collection. Only have 2 minor strikes. New refrigerator needs wheels dropped so it doesn’t slide when opening. Master shower needs a second door.

The Sinatra was just as advertised and exceeded our expectations. Check-in was seamless, and the home was immaculate and filled with little amenities. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a great rental. It had everything we needed: close proximity to the trail system (access to the east on 7th St, to north on NW D St. and only about a 5 min ride to Coler), close to downtown, great bike storage, and even a backyard rope swing. The booking description matched what we got and the line of communication with management was always quick and accommodating.
