Enjoyed staying here and it was very nice.

The property was beautiful with lots of attention to details. Super clean, super cute and updated. They left snacks and coffee for us. Had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We loved the adjoining cottages especially because my brother and his family stayed in one. Both of our dogs were comfortable as well. From the kitchen to the bathrooms to the beds all in all we would definitely stay there again!

We just had the great privilege of being the 1st people to stay at a brand new rental property on Main Street Dunedin, walking distance to every single restaurant you can imagine.
We were able to book both 2 bedroom apartments which has a lock out door inbetween and was perfect for our grown children and all of our family.
When I say brand new I mean every single thing was brand new in this facility. The beds were so comfortable that we asked for the name of the manufacturer.
You don't need to bring a thing when you come to these amazing apartments.
There was even beach towels and extra cups that you could take outside that were plastic that you didn't have to worry about breaking.
There are full washer and dryers and appliances and plenty of pillows and blankets and sheets and everything else you can think of.
The decorating was beautiful and I loved the tiles that were chosen in all the bathrooms.
We were able to meet some of the other renters in the shared outdoor area and got to see the other beautiful one bedroom apartments which were just as cute and brand new and had everything you could possibly need.
We really enjoyed walking to breakfast, lunch and dinner each day. Lots of shopping and we almost got to all of the breweries.
The management company texted me back immediately with any questions that I had.
I would truly give this a 5 star in all regards. We've gone to many rentals on our travels and sometimes the furniture is too big or too old or other crazy things happened so we really appreciated the fact that all of this was so well-thought-out and so well done.
