Got a fantastic deal on a cabin. The cabin was immaculate and the bed was super comfy. The park itself is in a great spot with wildlife to see (including wild emus) and very well maintained. Also very convenient as it’s across the road from Oysters HQ (which is also fantastic to eat at)

The greeting when we arrived was warm and fast then when we got to the cabin it was clean and tidy with a balcony.

Fantastic place to stay. Park was well spread out and quiet.
Plenty of wildlife around and just across the road was a beach.
Definitely stay here again.

Reception staff friendly, cabin clean with water views, outdoor seats plus table/seats. Very nice cabin with everything needed for a short/long stay. Pricing was OK. Park doesn't have pool/water parks but across the road from the water. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Shower block was wonderful.
Sausage sizzle for Rural Aid was a great idea.

The Deluxe Safari tent was lovely. The photos don't do it justice. Easy walk to Oyster HQ. Beautiful spot. Hope to get back there again soon.

The lead up to and arranging a key due to arriving around 6 was excellent. But on entering our cabin the linen was pilled on the couch. We found the whole cabin to very grubby and when talking to staff the next day, it hadn't been cleaned (an Oversight). the majority of the dirty linen had been collected, new linen left, and then had been forgotten by staff. Thus there was no Toilet paper, no tea, coffee etc. Took me a good hour to clean make beds etc. before we could unpack and eat.
I am actually upset that management didn't make contact with us, and no credit, voucher supplied for another stay elsewhere in the future. Have written to them and was supposed to be looked into, and a response provided, but that hasn't happened, which is very disappointing. Thanks for our chance to review our stay. Cheryl May
