Quiet. Owner was very pleasant.

They can use more attention to detail when cleaning the unit. I felt I had to wipe down things down. The mattress was comfortable. The unit was decorated wonderfully and carpet seemed new. The toiletries were great and the shower had endless hot water with great water flow.

The bathroom lighting fixture was a two bulb unit, and one bulb was out. The other blew while I was there for two days. The pillows were hard. The little fridge had someones old, frozen pancakes in the freezer section and a 12 pack of Miller Lite in the lower drawer. I would have taken the beer with me, but it was Miller Lite.

Felt like a home away from home

I liked the location, was very convenient for my travels. I loved my bed, pillows, and blanket. Heater control was encouraged and the shower has great pressure. Pleased with the provided toiletries as well.

There actually isn't anything in particular that I didn't like. But if I had to choose, maybe flags or markers for each individual parking spot. There weren't any other cars to have an issue but because of the snow I couldn't tell if there were parking lines.

Clean - adequate for a one night stay

Good location to stay overnight while hiking. There are a couple of convenience stores and places to eat close by, and the staff was very polite and friendly. The room was clean, but a little run down, especially the bathroom shower. Microwave and fridge in good working order. No instructions for TV. Beds comfortable, pillows not at all so. Many excess wall decorations, but they did not get in the way, just gave the appearance of clutter. Functional is the bottom line.

For the condition of the facility, I thought the room rate was high. I guess autumn in the White Mountains commands a higher price, and the location did serve our purpose.

Value, comfort, and location made this a great choice for us.

Can’t beat the value, especially if you want to visit Mount Washington, tour Ben & Jerry’s (about 30 minutes away), visit Fraconia, and see the White Mountains. It’s not “fancy,” but the beds and loveseat were comfortable, the shower was small but had great water pressure, and we had plenty of room to relax. Yaya’s deli & market, less than half a mile away, had great sandwiches, burgers & fries, and more. The owner responded quickly when we had a problem with the TV remote. Easy access to everything we wanted in a beautiful area.

The only thing I’d change is maybe give the carpet a good cleaning.

Preiswerte Unterkunft, gut gelegen für Wandertouren in der Umgebung.

Hauptbett hat stark geknistert, Zusatzbett ist ein nicht bezogenes Sofa. Muffiger Geruch im Zimmer. Sehr enges Badezimmer. WC-Papier seeehr dünn, man muss zig Mal falten um sich abzuwischen.

Kein Zimmerservice, die Kaffeemaschine war zugestaubt, der Umschlag für den Tipp war total verdreckt - wobei wir uns da fragen, wofür überhaupt. Da stimmt das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis einfach nicht.

Pleasant

The location was good, check-in was easy. The rooms were as shown in the pictures.

The bed was really soft so you could feel every move. The blanket was really thin although it was quite cold. It was not really clean with a lot of dust and hairs in the room when we arrived.

Convenient location to where we needed to be the next morning. Easy to find when we checked in.

There were some maintenance issues that needed attention. (We did not report but should have). Bathroom light switch also controls the plug in receptacle, which I don't believe meets code, and the end table light was missing the knob that would let us turn it off. Had to unplug

Perfect for place for skiing Brentonwoods ski resort.

Place was nice exactly as seen in the photos. Only minutes away from ski resort.

Nothing it was clean, warm and comfortable.

I’d definitely stay here again. I already have reservations.

The owner was very friendly and accommodating. Great location, and the price was pretty good too.

I stayed in a hotel room. Overall the heat was fine, but it seemed to me that the bathroom was cold no matter what the heat was set to.
