Good place to stay before or after safari

Very clean and spacious room. The owner and staff were very helpful. There are small shops and street food in the walking distance. Safe lodge.

Home away from home.

The hotel is quite, clean and exclusive if you prefer private stays with manageable traffic. I found the environment homely and the interior decor was African inspired, with a modern balance. The room was very calming after a long day.😴 The customer service was responsive and personal led by the Director Mr Mela assisted by the Manager Mr Leonell. The front desk, resturant and housekeeping team including Ms. Nadia, Ms.Silvia, Ms. Matilda, Ms. Monica and the dedicated guard (forgot his name😃), you all made my stay comfortable. I will be back again. I recommend the hotel to guests looking for a home away from home.

I will call this a suggestion for improvement. Though there is a nice tent with chairs for enjoying the fresh air out in the garden, the management may consider adding one or two more, possibly detached ones, for guests who may prefer their private moments. An additional power source at the tents for charging electronic gadgets will come in handy. Thank you Safari Park House -Arusha, for your hospitality. Asanteni.

The location was good

Food is very expensive, toiletries are undersupplied, Bed is only spread occasionally. Last night there were guests in the bar making noise whole night. Also, power went off, generator was used but we were told not to use showers, we had to bathe with cold water. TV is too small and program only controlled from main office

Perfect stay in Arusha

Well located close by the main road- hot showers, good wifi, quiet neighbourhood and big room with a massive bathroom. They were very friendly and accommodating with checkin and out. Breakfast was included- great value for Arusha!

Cleanliness, flexibility of the staff, and the facilities compared to other budget hotels in Tanzania.

-The staff doesn't speak English. The food always takes long time, but that's just normal in Africa. -if you want to go to the city center everyday, maybe the location of the hotel won’t be good for you.

Second morning breakfast was spaghetti. No tea bags. Requested toilet paper and bar of soap which I never received.

For one night is a good option. Huge bed, hot shower and wi-fi. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Couldn't try breakfast as we were leaving at 7am and breakfast starts at 7:30. We asked for breakfast to be served earlier, but the cook doesn't come to work until 7:00. That's why it's impossible to get breakfast earlier.

At night it is noisy if someone is talking in the hallway because the doors are not soundproofed.

Big, spotless rooms in a brand new building. But the location may feel isolated.

Large, spotlessly clean rooms in a brand new building. Friendly and helpful staff. If you have your own car, the location is perfect -- about 3 km from the centre, right on the main highway, with secure private parking.

The wifi went down for several hours and was generally slow, but that's normal in Arusha. If you don't have your own car, the location feels isolated -- it's on the main highway about 3 km northeast of the centre. I found one good sports bar / restuarant on the highway about 10 minutes' walk away, and the hotel owner can call a tuk-tuk to take you anywhere you want to go. There's a trade-off here -- if you want a big room in a bright new building at a low price, and you don't mind being away from the centre, then this is a good choice. But if location is more important to you than aesthetics, then one of the hostels right in the centre might be a better option for you.

Everything good, its a nice quiet place and small shops and eatery's a around the corner. Lionel was even very helpful to get my equipment repaired.

Superb

It was clean and seemed quite new. Close to the main road but no noise. Tanzanian breakfast included, different each day, but fixed plate, we liked it.

The location according to the map and Google maps is not right, but we got the right coordinates before we arrived, it was easy to find.

Clean and nice place to stay

Everything top service, clean and tidy, breakfast amazing comparing others for money value, price and would book again without question. Recommend it and wish them all the best.

Location is completely wrong on google maps and here at booking so can someone fix that as they have great location but on google/booking.com is up in the hills and it is not true. Thats why people dont book maybe so often and location is amaIzing to go to two nearby waterfalls with bolt. It is not their fault
