A clean and updated home that features Smart TV, WIFI and fully stocked kitchen. Patio, Outdoor furniture and fire pit, Fenced Backyard providing you privacy.
The Space:
Perfect location for everything you need. Minutes from TPC Sawgrass, coffee shops, shopping and restaurants. This clean and freshly updated home includes beach towels, smart TVs and fast Wi-Fi!
The kitchen is complete with appliances, cooking ware, dining sets, Keurig coffee maker, and everything you will need to feel at home!
There is a guest manual with a local's guide including our favorite places such as Anejo, Nona Blue, and best brunch spots.
There is a patio furniture set perfect to have a cup of coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening to enjoy the Florida weather! If you are bringing your fur buddy, you get to enjoy a fully fenced back yard.
The property also has a washer and dryer with laundry soap and dryer sheets for your use.

2nd Bedroom: Queen size bed
3rd Bedroom: Queen sized bed and a Twin Bed
Comfortable couches and an air mattress, so you can comfortably sleep 8 people!
Both of the clean and updated bathrooms have towels provided for each guest as well as soap and shampoo.
We partner with local bike, beach companies who can drop your rentals off right at the property.
This home is managed by the Jax Beach locals, Mealer Management. We specialize in vacation rentals at the beaches in Jacksonville area so our team is just minutes away to help during your stay.
