Summary:
Welcome to our charming 70's home has been tastefully renovated over the years. You will find elements of Bohemian style throughout the space as you immerse yourself in muted colors and soft fabric textures. Through this modern design throughout the home, this timeless theme brings fillings of peace and serenity. The home is conveniently located just 7 minutes south from UVU Campus, 9 minutes to University Mall and surrounding shops, and 14 minutes to BYU.

The Space:
From the moment you step in the door you will be enveloped in eclectic design. Bohemian decor, lighting and furniture is truly unique yet tasteful that has a modern twist. Plenty of room to spread out, you will find lots of storage for any length of stay. We pride ourselves on having the most comfortable gel/breathable mattresses coupled with hotel quality alternative down pillows and bamboo thread sheets you'll sleep like never before. Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of parking this is a rare find for Orem! Guests have access to the entire left driveway, there are painted angle parking spots to maximize number of vehicles. Please no street parking, our home is in a residential neighborhood, and would like to show respect to our neighbors. Thank you!

The Neighborhood:
Clean, quiet, Orem neighborhood. We've lived in the area for 3 years and have always felt safe. Interesting places to visit: Rock canyon is just minutes up the road, UVU, BYU/MTC, Downtown, LaVell Edwards Stadium, and our favorite place - Sundance Ski Resort is just 28 minutes up the canyon!

Getting Around:
Parking is available for your own vehicle, otherwise ride-share services are in the area along with electric scooters (excluding winter season), the home is next to the 831 UVU bus line.

Other Things to Note:
This home does have long term basement apartment tenants who are amazing and respectful with our guests. Parking is assigned: please use the left driveway in the angled parking stalls to the left (there are up to 5 spots if followed correctly) while our basement tenants get to park in-front of the garage in the left driveway and all of the right driveway so we ask to keep out of those spots please. Lastly, the home is in a secluded neighborhood so we ask please no street parking. Thanks!

We provide a maximum of 24 towels per reservation. If you're on an extended stay we encourage our guests to use the washer and dryer. Guests will be charged extra for any stained towels or linens. Please use cleaning products as needed to remove stains from towels and linens. Please use our provided black towels for removing any makeup. Guests are responsible for any damage to towels or linens.

The beds were very comfortable, there are lots of bedrooms and configurations, nice kitchen and accommodating living room space. It was clean and quiet.

Great place to stay! We held a corporate retreat in this house. Had everything we needed and a great little parking area outside the house. Can't hold too many people but it was perfect for us.

We loved our stay at this home. It was so nice to have so many bedrooms where we had 4 different families staying there for an event. They playroom was extra nice for the kids to play in. I wish it had a few more toys and a TV would have been nice. The home was decorated so beautifully and cute. Overall, we had a great stay.

The property was excellent. Parking was a problem. At times we had six cars and only 5 parking places. No street parking was allowed but everyone in the neighborhood parked on the street.

Centrally located for all of our activities for the weekend, this place was perfect. Plenty of bedrooms for everyone.

We stayed one night after a wedding and this cute house accommodated our family perfectly! 7 couples comfortably with convenient bathroom access for everyone! Definitely would stay again if we are ever in Orem.

We came in for an annual convention. There was a last minute change at checkin with the roads in the neighborhood being asphalted, so we had to walk quite the way. Daniel was super quick to respond to our questions and concerns in regards to the issue. The decor of the home is so cute! They’ve really taken time to make it “content worthy”. The couch is DREAMY & where we spent the majority of our time. We were all wanting to order one just like it for our own homes. This location is apart of a duplex type structure with residents in the basement and beside it. I wasn’t aware of that nor was it listed in the listing description, but everyone was super nice the entire time & we didn’t feel bothered by it at all. Only 13 minutes from Nu Skin and the UVCC. Close to gas stations, grocery stores, and food stops, as well which is always awesome! Overall pleased with our stay.

Owner / management were super responsive and helpful. Good central location and close to I-15. We brought the family & everyone had space! There are a few things that I think are fair to share: 1) "Fully stocked" is a stretch. The basics are there - but in short supply. 1 sponge. 3 kitchen towels. Salt & Pepper, some olive oil, garlic powder. End of kitchen supply. 2) Soap dispensers were all almost empty or empty. I panicked and ran to the store for soap. 3) Just "enough" TP & towels. 4) No toiletries, no blow dryers. You get more from a basic hotel. Super disappointing / inconvenient. 5.) The house is old and the plumbing is whack. Some of the faucets are either scalding or freezing, no happy medium. One upstairs bathtub was dirty with a shower head that sprayed all over the place. The toilet in the upstairs en suite is not bolted to the floor so, it rocks. And those corner mirrors in the 2 bathrooms prevent a person from brushing their teeth or washing their face without some claustrophobic acrobatics. Super annoying. 6.) The jacuzzi tub jets were full of mold, which you don't find out until you're sitting in a tub of hot water. Bad form. Always run the jets when you clean. 7.) The couch needs cleaning and is quite a bit older / squishier than the pictures you see. 7.) Getting 5 cars on the parking pad means small cars and wiggling around the tenant's car. 8) Full time tenants... We arrived and before I turned the car off a tenant came home - who wasn't thrilled to see us. Then during dinner we see a bunch of people drinking beer right outside the dining room window. They didn't do anything wrong and we didn't hear them when they were inside the house, but I wouldn't consider this a "private stay." Something to be aware of. 9.) Wifi was awesome. All in all, a good place to stay. If these things are ammended, a great place to stay.
