These recently renovated, well-kept and comfortably furnished houses are located in the green part of the island, close to the golf course or tennis courts. They are located on the ground floor or first floor of the terraced houses as shown in the photo. The ground floor houses have a garden with a terrace. The apartments on the first floor have a balcony. There are also variants that cover both floors. One of the bedrooms has a bunk bed or two single beds. beds. Some apartments have two bathrooms, others have one bathroom. All apartments have air conditioning and garden furniture.

This type of house is best suited for 4 adults and 1 child up to 2 years old.
Only small dogs are welcome, €15 per day/€70 per week, to be specified when booking.
