The Space:
Discover a world of luxury in this freshly furnished vacation rental with over 4100 square feet of space. As you enter the home, you'll be greeted by soaring ceilings and an abundance of natural light. The front of the house features a stylish bar and lounge area with plush seating for 4, perfect for unwinding with a drink. Adjacent to the lounge, you'll find a formal dining area with seating for up to 8, highlighted by a chic black wood paneled accent wall.
The recently remodeled main kitchen is a chef's dream come true, with white shaker cabinets, stainless steel appliances, gleaming quartz counters, and a spacious island with seating. A separate breakfast table for 4 near the coffee bar offers a relaxed space for meals. The main living room is a warm and inviting space, with two large black leather sofas, accent chairs, a 70" Smart TV, and a ceiling fan.
The Primary suite is a true oasis, with its King bed, desk/workspace, Smart TV, ceiling fan, and patio access. The spa-like en-suite bathroom features a dual sink vanity, a separate jetted soaking tub, and a beautiful tile and glass shower. To keep your fitness routine on track, the home includes a mini gym with a treadmill, exercise bike, yoga mats, weights, and TV. The laundry room is also located on the ground floor, with a full-size washer and dryer.
The second floor of this magnificent home features five guest suites and a massive entertainment/game room. The guest suites are configured with two Queen Beds, two double/full beds, a Queen Bed, a King Bed, and another King Bed. Two full bathrooms are also available on this level. The game room is a thrilling space, with a black felt billiards table, a dark wood/leather poker table, 70" TV, Golden Tee arcade game, and a sofa and lounge chairs for plenty of seating. From this room, you'll enjoy breathtaking views of State Farm Stadium.

NOTE: Pool Heat is optional and requires a $120/night ($700/week) Propane Fee with a 3 night minimum. If you'd like to heat just the Spa, that requires a $50/night Fee. Payment & request must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival to ensure the pool will be heated at arrival.
Although this property is perfect for entertaining, for liability purposes, only registered guests are allowed after quiet hours. We have a ZERO TOLERANCE Party & Event Policy. The City of Glendale takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines & the removal of this listing from the various platforms.
