The view was amazing the Japanese cedar tub was the best part of the entire trip
The staff was drinking even when showing us to our room, there was a pretentious air about the bartender who had seemed more than annoyed we were down there ordering drinks later in the night we also had to leave to get dinner twice rather than stay at the hotel in our own comfort they didn’t allow room service to be made for people who didn’t pay for a special tapas event that night we had no idea about it it was 200 dollars a person and when we thought about it and wanted to join we weren’t allowed because we didn’t pay in advance ? Very stupid . So after hiking and doing stuff not on the campground because we ran out of things to do there the first day we weren’t allowed to eat there , we also went for coffee there in the morning and they had given me expired milk the young man behind the counter said the fridge wasn’t working…. We paid 800 dollars for our stay to not be allowed to join dinner and to be given spoiled milk

Lots of things to do.. sauna, hot tubin room, game room, unique decorations.
Good bed, sheets, pillows very clean
Food at dinner not great Smoked chicken was moist but skin like leather, brocolli not cooked enough, almost raw
Breakfast was good a good choices but only one order taker who also had to serve. Although he worked hard, it caused a back up on the ordering line Could have put one of the managers to take orders or hire one more to help

The hot water wasn’t helping but they got it fixed the next day

Really loved my room and the cedar soaking tub.
We stayed on a few weekdays so unfortunately a lot of the amenities we were looking forward to weren't available. Example, no axe throwing, no massages or at one point, there was even no bartender. Also, the "swimming hole" is kinda sad looking, so definitely don't make that the reason for your booking. Overall we had a blast, but the stuff I mentioned was pretty disappointing.

The property and overall vibe of this lodge was incredible! The staff was amazing, and super friendly! The food was fresh and delicious and so were the drinks. They went above and beyond to not only make our stay memorable, but our engagement as well! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind and truly relax.

Amazing staff, grounds, decor, food, sauna!
They unfortunately booked the wrong room for us and said it was due to an issue with using booking.com. However they gave us a generous partial refund and comped a bunch of food and drink for us and we ended up having an amazing time. We will definitely come back again.

Great experience. Friendly staff. Great ambiance and atmosphere. Rooms and facilities were clean.
Drinks and food are a little on the pricy side.

Everything was so adorable. The staff went above and beyond for us. The outdoor Japanese cedar soaking tub during the snow storm was incredible. The bed was so comfortable.
Maybe just be a little more clear about what has nuts and doesn't for the breakfast spread. Perhaps some labels?

Loved the location, beautiful views of the mountains. Very clean and exceptional staff.
I wish there was more options for food, but also understood we were in the middle of a mountain.

The lodge was beautiful. Staff was exceptional, bathrobes and decor were nice
No coffee available, water pressure in shower terrible, thin walls, overpriced
