About this apartment rental
Enjoy all that New York City has to offer, then retreat to a beautiful and calm oasis in beautiful Ditmas Park, Brooklyn. The express bus to Manhattan is half a block away, while the subway is a 5-minute walk. Courtelyou Road is just down the street, with stores and restaurants galore. Come and experience the best of both worlds: the hustle-bustle of NYC and the slower pace and friendly vibe of Victorian Brooklyn.
The space
Two bedrooms: the front bedroom has a queen bed, and the rear has two beds, a full and a twin. There is also a futon in the living room. The apartment has a full kitchen including refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven, and microwave. There is also a washer/dryer in the apartment.
Guest access
Ditmas Park is a beautiful area for walking, and free parking is easy to find. Parking permits are NOT required.
The subway station is five minutes away on foot. The subway will get you into Downtown Manhattan in about 20 to 30 minutes. There is an express bus on the corner of the street one minute away. The express bus will take you into Manhattan in about 20 to 25 minutes.
Other things to note
All water in the house is filtered (you will enjoy chlorine-free showers!), and the kitchen has a dedicated drinking water faucet with an additional triple filter. This makes our water quality outstanding and great tasting too!
