This marvellous flat is located in the first row on the beach of Luz near Lagos.

22G is a flat on the top/1st floor with a spacious balcony. The wonderful sea view can be enjoyed from the living room. 22G is particularly popular with older people, who appreciate the easy access via just a few steps and the high-quality and cosy furnishings of this centrally located flat.

You already feel like you're on the beach:

The view of the Atlantic stretches from the surf on the beach directly below to the horizon and the impressive Black Rock to the east. The impressions of the surf and wind rushing through the palm trees can be enjoyed from the front row.

The cul-de-sac location next to the Roman ruins is central but quiet. A car can be parked in front of the flat - but a car is not absolutely necessary as Luz sandy beach, restaurants, bars and supermarkets are all within walking distance.

The flat is reached via a few steps and offers a high level of comfort, including a cosy living room with full sea view, full hd TV with German and English channels, WLAN Internet, air conditioning, bedroom by the sea with adjoining bathroom, modern kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine.

A one week getaway to test the waters on staying in the Algarve for longer in the future. We loved the location, the restaurants, and the magnificent coastal trails which were in easy access without having to drive.

Frenk's condo is front row to the ocean and the esplanade along Praia da Luz. The view is second to none. Fabulous! The condo itself is great with a large veranda accessible from the living room and the front bedroom.Facing south you get the sun the entire day until shortly before sunset. We loved the tile floors throughout and the mini-split units were great to take the chill off at night. I would highly recommend Frenk's place to anyone wanting a perfect ocean-front place to stay in Praia da Luz!

We had a great time at this location. The views of the ocean are amazing from both the main room and the master bedroom. You really can hear the waves which was sooooo relaxing. The host was very responsive. We actually had to reschedule and although the host didn’t have to let us, they were very accommodating. I’d highly recommend this location and I’d go back for sure.

Had a fantastic stay in Frenk’s spacious apartment. Just loved the views from the balcony and sitting having breakfast there. Well equipped apartment and great air con in the bedroom( and lounge if required). Much appreciated welcome pack. Super choice of restaurants in Luz, we would recommend Onda Luz, Atlantico ,Boatys and Aquario’s for evening and Lazzuli’s for drinks and lunches. Thanks to Irina and Mario for promptly sorting our problem after a power cut. Would love to return sometime soon.

We stayed 5 nights. This was a great central location for going to different points on the coast to explore. We had a great view of the beach. The bed were comfy, the kitchen was very well equipped and everything and it was easy to reach the manager with questions. The beach is beautiful!

Lovely unit overlooking the beach and sea. Short walk to everything from the beach, restaurants and groceries Great place to relax by the sea with sound of waves below deck area Easy to access Lagos by bus for a day trip and really enjoyed boat cruise to view the cliffs and grottos outside Lagos directly from Praia de Luz beach Highly recommend this place to have a relaxing time close to the beach and beautiful sunrises Rick and Sharon Sept 2022 Vancouver Canada

This is the second time we chose to come to Luz for our summer holidays! The apartment was just perfect with a beautiful view and such a short walk to the beach, my son absolutely loved it! The owner and manager were both very helpful and welcoming, they made sure we felt at home. We will definitely be back and hopefully will be able to stay in the same place again! Thank you!!!

The apartment has a stunning sea view from almost all rooms and especially the balcony. Kitchen is well equipped and it’s nice with two bathrooms. The apartment is centrally located and close to the beach and two supermarkets but still quiet and private. Also the parking behind the apartment is convenient. The balcony is large and equipped with two sun beds, a table and four chairs and a parasol. We spent all the time out there Communication with Frank and the facility people was smooth. We will come back again if we return to Luz.

We stayed in the apartment in June 22. The balcony is as breath taking as we expected. The apartment itself is huge with everything you need to hand. Loads of great restaurants nearby, really can’t fault the place or speak highly enough about it. The owner and communications were also great - thank you Frenk :)

We loved the experience once again. Year after year, we book this place where we feel at home during vacations. One of the best places in Luz to hear the noise of the waves, watch the beautiful beach with the black rock at the end, taste a good dinner and drink a red wine at the balcony.

We stayed for 2 weeks - did lots of walking, riding the bus, walking the beach and of course lounging on the patio! What an ideal location! Close to grocery stores, bus stop, promenade, beach and many fabulous coffee stops and restaurants! Ideal location for a getaway from the snow and cold! Excellent local host/hostess who were able to help us with anything we needed! Easy to deal with the owner - very promp reply’s. Will be back as our first trip to Portugal was memorable!

Once there the only reason you'll need a car is to get groceries and do other sightseeing. Lots of Good Restaurants within easy walking distance. Even Groceries and Liquor are less than one KM away.

A superb apartment so close to the ocean with amazing views from the large balcony. Spacious, clean, well equipped and felt like a home for a few weeks. Agent is on hand with quick cheery and efficient support when needed. A thoroughly enjoyable stay. We will be back 😀.

Enjoyed the property, beautiful view and location close to the local shops and restaurants. Luz is a very quiet town with not a lot to do if you don't enjoy the beach or water. Lagos is a short drive away for more shopping, restaurants or activity options.

Great location if your looking for a quieter location right on the beach. Close to restaurants and the grocery store. Appartmemts were clean and spacious. Kids loved the pool. The only complaint is they need new bath towels!

We very much enjoyed our stay in Luz and your apartment. Everything we needed was available and the location was amazing. I will never forget the beautiful view from the balcony. Additionally, the caretakers did a wonderful job preparing the apartment and doing a toilet repair left from the previous tenants. Their work was excellent and done very quickly. Overall this was an amazing stay and the highlight of our two week trip to Portugal. Thank you.
