AMAZING, best lodge stay, ever !!

the property was amazing, very clean and tidy and just brilliant, the owner Lee is so nice and friendly, went above and beyond to make our holiday and stay the best. we will 100% be going back, we have to finish the puzzle we started at the property haha

It was a lovely holiday and thought of coming back

The caravan was clean and nice. The rooms were bright and well-designed.

Ideally located, good facilities for family holiday. Relatively generous accommodation in lodge B30. The lodge was clean and well-presented and plenty of storage space throughout. Large fridge freezer ideal for a family staying for a week. Comfortable beds. The site itself has good facilities and is well maintained and pleasant staff made the stay a pleasant one. Owner was to hand and responded quickly to questions.

There were no real issues other than a shortage of towels. Only 4 medium sized towels for a week for a family of 4 created an issue for us as 2 small children with us. The weather was inclement and meant that drying the towels also wasn’t easy. As we had flown it meant that luggage was restricted and had we purchased towels we wouldn’t have been able to take them home with us. A couple of cleaning cloths would have been handy and there was no brush or mop which is really needed in a week long stay with children. Also no teapot! If these issues were resolved the accommodation would score a 10!

The new forest is such a beautiful place with lovely villages & Wilde horses. Being from a busy city you appreciate the small things.

Never really know what to expect when booking accommodation unseen, we’ve already booked to return next year.

Well laid out, comfortable with lots of attention to detail. A real home away from home. Communication with owner was superb.

Chairs were a bit uncomfortable, but using the pouffes from the bedrooms as leg rests they improved greatly.

Fantasic stay

The Lodge was stunning so light clean .everything you needed the beds were comfortable there was on suite in each room .the owner was very helpful great communication. The clubhouse was great and the pool was warm .the pizzas were lovely. Location is great.

A relaxing few days to totally unwind

Hoburne Bashley Park was easy to find in the New Forest. It was spotlessly clean. The lodge was spacious and comfortable. Facilities on site good. Lots of attractions around.

ANTS dominated our stay and made the living room (sofa bed) unusable as a sleeping space!

the site itself is excellent, great facilities and activities on the surface the lodge itself looks fantastic. modern facilities and kitchen well equipped too.

ANTS!!! clearly an ongoing problem with ant powder across the threshold and any trap in the dining room, both futile. it appears. spent a lot of time killing and vacuuming ants. everything had to be stored in the fridge to guarantee keeping it away from ants! found ants EVERYWHERE. in our handbags, swim bags, shoe bags! was ridiculous. and reported near arrival and got a text back two days later. “just delivered” apparently. forgetting that iPhone technology shows as delivered! pitiful response to a big problem!

very comfortable and just right for 4 adults and 1 child. lots of extras included 😊 beautifully furnished. love bashley park location been many times before ☺️

dish washer wasn’t working. also when we were leaving a lady turned up to clean I presume and she was very rude, as we were about 20 mins late leaving. I did apologise as it’s a struggle with a small child to get everything out.

Had a lovely time, good caravan in a good location. Clean property.

Property was clean, and in a lovely location. Easy to access to many lovely surrounding areas and coast.

The wifi password wasn't provided at all as far as we could see, but you could log onto the Hobourne unsecured network for free, so we did have minimal wifi, but not from the property. I text the number that text me on arrival and got no response. I didn't follow up as we had connected to the other network but this wasn't good enough. The other issue was the facilities of the campsite - there was no mention of an additional charge to use these (£50), and in the photos of the property with the swimming pool etc I assumed that all was included. Again, thought this was unacceptable and inaccurate information of the property.

Lovely stay in New Forest

From really good communication re accessing the property, when we got there the place was very clean and tidy. Good space and facilities. Holiday park had swimming pools, tennis court etc and bar/ cafe facilities.

Wished it had been located on a cycle path as road cycling to get to network of off-road cycle paths.
