Living space was comfortable for group. Plenty of room in separate areas to spread out when needed, but main floor area great for hanging out together. Weather wasn’t great for our trip, and trail side location was great when anyone wanted a break. Easy to get in and out of. Owner responded quickly with any questions we had and was helpful.

Felt more like a home than a rental property. Great communication with owner- an informational 3-ring binder with printed PDF docs for house rules and info would be a great addition!

The house is great, cozy and has everything you need, skied out to Whiffletree lift and back at the end of the day. Owner is highly responsive and helpful (we left a few items that he is graciously shipping to us). Would definitely return when skiing Sugarloaf.

We had plentry of room to handle our family that consisted of grandparents, parents and children including 2 toddlers. The 3 levels and front and back doors made it possible to settle down babies for naps on first floor while others played card games and watched videos on 2nd floor and came in and out for ski adventures. The condo was equipped with everything we needed and more. It was a nice touch that the pantry had lots of spices and to-go containers for taking our leftovers with us. Plenty of indoor storage and wall hooks for our equipment. Washer and dryer was a benefit for our wet gear and swim suits. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. This is a quiet location and accessible to the trails, however since there was no snow at the condo we could not try the ski-in, ski-out benefits. Would love to come back later in the ski season to try that out, but the shuttle picks up skiers and boarders at beginning of driveway so it wasn't a problem for us.The host was very responsive from beginning to end and immediately worked on the tv cable connection issue we had when we checked in. Overall this was an great experience for our family. Thank you, Chris for sharing it with us.

Chris is an amazing host and his property was exactly as described. Our group loved the location, and access to Sugarloaf. He was extremely accommodating, and helped us with any questions we had. I would absolutely recommend staying at this property, and would recommend Chris as a host. 10/10, our group will definitely stay here again.
