Me and our family of 14 stayed Monday through Friday. The place was really nice. It fit us all well. There is so much to do. We were never in the house. I would definitely go back!! If there was a problem they would answer within 5 minutes.

e view of the mountains. When we first arrived, the air conditioner wasn't working on the main floor. I called that afternoon and the next morning. Someone came and fixed it that day. I was disappointed that the owner did not fix prior to renting, however they did refund us $200. Other than that it was a wonderful stay. The kids and young adults loved the pool table, skeet game, arcade game, and theater room.

The property was in great shape, clean, well organized, plenty of room for everyone to sleep and have fun. The grand children and adults had fun with the various games in the cabin. There was enough room for people to sleep and either gather and talk or go off on their own to be quiet and not be bothered by those who talked. We really liked that each bedroom had its own bathroom. There were more than enough activities in nearby towns so that everyone could do some activity they were interested in. At the end of our time all of us agreed that we need to do this again.
The only problem we had was that my wife and I are not tech savy, so we had problems understanding and completing the on-line reservation information, especially the pictures. After a few phone calls, all was straightened out and we were able to complete all the required information and pictures. Did have some minor difficulty communicating with the customer service reps due a language/culture differences.

So pleased with the ability to communicate with the property mgr right away when we needed help with things. Even simple things like how to make the TV work with our gaming or streaming stuff. Their quick and professional interactions were so appreciated.

This property met all our needs and more! The pool table, air hockey, and hot tub were all enjoyed by our group. We loved the location and relative privacy of the home. Would recommend for a larger group! Great communication from host and even though there was construction nearby, it did not interfere with our comfort during the stay.

This cabin is absolutely gorgeous. The kids had a blast in the basement. There is so much to do down there. My husband and I and my BIL and SIL stayed on the top floor. The view is out of this world. My husband played pool like every night. lol. It’s about 10 minutes from the strip on Pigeon Forge. The only cons I have are that the pool cues were all missing the tips, except for 2 of them. 1 was bent and the other was taped together. There was no chalk. I did email them and they told me they would send someone out to fix them. I told them it wasn’t necessary because we bought a stick and some chalk the night before. The toilet paper was cheap. Again, we purchased some so not really an issue. I have a 2 year old son and there are a lot of stairs. There are baby gates in the pantry, but none of them are wide enough for the staircase. The listing says that there is a grill on the top balcony. There isn’t. The only grill is beside the house by the park, not covered. It’s just a charcoal grill like they have at public parks. I would definitely say that the good outweighs the few bad things. I would totally stay here again. We had 15 of us and had a blast.

Close enough to stores and the main attractions but on a quiet road with easy parking and a great playground and fire pit yard area. Very few complaints. We had a great stay.

When we arrived the TVs did not work, the upstairs couch was broken, the foosball table was broken, the air hockey table was broken. Also, the cleanliness was less than desirable. All of the windowsills had dead flies in them and there was a lot of dust and just misc. things that one would not think would be left undone. The coffee pots had used filter/ and a pod in it. After trying a few hours to call, I finally had to email the host and we do not have our emails pushed to our phones while on vacation. The TVS were not fixed until day 2 and the air hockey and foosball and couch were never addressed (except for asking for pictures of the couch after I had clearly asked more than once for someone to call me - Idid not even see the email until our return trip home).

Beautiful cabin. Great location and I would come back again and again. Only disappointment was the ad says 5 bedrooms and pics look like it, but the bunk beds are downstairs around the corner in the game/theatre room and not a separate 5th bedroom. 2 bedrooms on the main level, 2 upstairs, all have kings with private bathrooms, bunks downstairs with a separate bathroom. We needed 5 private rooms but made it work. Plenty of room and overall happy considering the bedrooms.

Beautiful location (quiet road with gorgeous view of the sunrise!), clean, lots of activity options in the home and within 45 minute drive, kitchen had several appliances (we brought a crockpot and waffle iron but didn’t need to as they were already available!), 11 adults were able to squeeze around the kitchen table for meals! We had a wonderful week and are grateful to the hosts!

Everything was wonderful and the cabin was great!! Only problem was no gas in grill. We got married on porch of the cabin. It was a wonderful wedding. I loved every minute of my stay.

Great cabin with everything you need! Outstanding owner response on question and comment we had. In a quiet area just far enough from congestion, but easy access to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge which made it the perfect location for our group. Nice and clean. Highly recommend.

My family absolutely loved our stay at this cabin. We had family of 16 and there was plenty of room for everyone. It was so beautifully decorated. Not to mention clean and well kept. It had everything we needed. Cant wait to come back to this cabin!

The cabin is amazing. Everyone talked about how you guys thought of everything that we would need down to straws and tooth picks. This was our first cousins trip, couldn't have picked the best cabin and location to make the trip better than imaginable. Thank you from all us!!

The cabin was absolutely perfect for three families with children ranging from 2-20. The three floors split everyone out perfectly and allowed plenty of space for the kids to play and the adults to relax. Everything we needed was provided. The town of Sevierville was only a few minutes away and they have everything you need. It was only 30 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg. The house was beautifully decorated and well maintained. We will recommend this property to any of our friends and family.

The entire stay was perfect. Everything listed in the description was spot on and more! We had everything we could possibly need for a week long stay at the house and then some! We had 12 total people stay and there was more than enough room. Everything was clean and well stocked. House was located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood, property had amazing little play ground and the porches on all 3 levels of the house was absolutely perfect. Game room and play areas inside were a nice touch along with the theatre room. There is nothing I can even say about this cabin that could have been improved because it was literally perfect for our large family and the owner really thought of everything!

The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas and the only we needed to do was bring presents! There was enough room for our family of 9 to be comfortable for the week. Location is ideal because you're close enough to loads of options for shopping, rides, fishing, hiking, etc and far enough away that you feel secluded when you want to stay in. Having the hot tub on cold nights was fun too! We ended up having a white Christmas and the owners were so kind to check on us because we had much more snow than expected! Our family will definitely try to get this cabin again for our vacation!

This home was even nicer than the pictures show. Huge house with everything you could need or want for a great family gathering! Plenty of sleeping space, AirHockey was a huge hit with all ages, stocked better than any house we have ever rented with supplies. Everyone loved the hot tub on the deck. Gorgeous views. Easy access to and from house and all tourist areas in pigeon forge and smokies. Huge parking area. Comfortable beds, large tv in every bedroom, extremely clean, private bathrooms for every bedroom. Huge pantry for our food. Each level has its own HVAC unit. Owner took care of any questions immediately and went above and beyond to make sure things were good. We would definitely rent this home again. There were 16 of us and we had plenty of room for all of us....the little kids loved the playroom. Also, the Deer Farm and horse stables just around the corner were great- best horse riding facility and trails I have seen! Great week making memories in a beautiful home. You can tell the owner takes pride in her home❤️

This property was such a great find. The house was very clean and well decorated. We really enjoyed the private playground area with picnic tables. The lower level was a perfect hangout area for all of the children. The coffee bar was such a nice touch. This house has three gathering areas inside, one on each floor, and also a nice area to gather outside with picnic tables.
The property owner is very responsive and helpful. We would highly recommend staying here for your next family vacation!

We had an amazing time with a four generation family reunion. The layout of this house was perfect with five bedrooms and bathrooms. The little personal touches were amazing and we really hope to stay here again in the future. The owners were great to work with and answered all questions right away. You will not be disappointed with this house for your vacation stay.

We had a wonderful weekend here with our two kids and their three grandparents. The kitchen was well supplied and great for cooking for a group. The views were excellent! We also throughly enjoyed all the games (air hockey, checkers, arcade, pool) and movie theater. The beds were all very comfortable and we all slept well. There were also great little pluses like a canister of hot chocolate and another of marshmallows. The only down side was that we wanted to spend most of our time in the Smoky Mountain National Park and it is at least 40 minutes just to get inside the park. I felt like the description of “minutes from everything” was not quite accurate in reference to that.

We had such a great time!!!!! The cabin was BEAUTIFUL! We had a total of 6 adults and 6 children. The children had a great time in the game room and the loft. The cabin was very accommodating and had everything we could've ever asked for. We will definitely be back!

We had the best vacation! 3 families traveling with 6 adults, 4 teenagers, and 2 children, and there was always something for us to enjoy! It’s decorated so beautifully, and the Bible’s with the reading glasses were a nice touch. The beds are very comfy, and the welcome basket was so nice! It feels very secluded, but really close to all attractions. The views are amazing!! Too many personal touches to list! Candace and Reggie are super nice and very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. We hope to visit again someday!

We really enjoyed the cabin. Had all the amenities that you need. The location was easy to get to and not far from the grocery stores and main road, but far enough to not hear any noise from it. The owners accommodated another night stay for us, because we got snowed in..which was not a bad thing...lol. Overall a Very clean cabin. Will stay again!

When my husband and I arrived at Mountain Breeze, we couldn't wait to go inside! We thought if the inside looked anything like the outside of the cabin, we were in for a real treat, and we were.
The interior of the cabin is charming! The open living room, dining room, and kitchen are beautifully furnished. I knew my family would enjoy being able to visit with each other while some cooked, some played cards or games, or others watched television. I also loved the location of the bedrooms and that each had its own bathroom and televison. If anyone wanted alone time, then the bedrooms would offer time away from the hustle and bustle of too much togetherness.
The game rooms were phenomenal! With 13 people staying in the same cabin, I knew my family would enjoy playing pool, foosball, and air hockey. I personally would enjoy the rockers on the porches, the recliners in the upstairs gameroom, or my bedroom to read or talk with my children or grandchildren.
When everyone arrived, each loved the cabin as much as I did. We had a wonderful time and would go back in a heartbeat!

My extended family with 15 people ages 3 to 77 had a great time. There was plenty of room for everyone, and the cabin had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Having a playground right next to the cabin was wonderful for the younger kids. You feel secluded, but you are close to shops in Sevierville and about 20 minutes from Pigeon Forge. We had a problem with the original door code, but customer service was able to change it right away. Highly recommended!

The cabin was perfect! The kitchen had everything needed and more! There was plenty of space for our group of 11 to enjoy time together ❤ but even better there was enough space for everyone to enjoy their needed time apart too! The 9 kids (ages 12-19) loved having air hockey matches, playing pool and even chilling in the theater area!

The cabin was great! Plenty of room for everyone. Awesome views but was hoping for more seclusion. Very well maintained and clean. We had a little cat that stayed on the porch most of our visit. It even made its way up to the top porch.
