The Space:

The living room is perfect for relaxation, featuring a plush sofa and a 65-inch flat-screen smart TV with surround sound – ideal for cozy movie nights or watching sports after a full day of enjoying Tahoe’s numerous year-round recreational activities. If guests opt for a more social evening night in, they can enjoy board games, shuffleboard, or darts for a fun-filled game night right at home.
The fully equipped kitchen invites culinary adventures, with modern stainless-steel appliances and plenty of counter space. Prepare delicious meals and gather around the large dining table to share laughter and stories.

Bedrooms:
Three well-appointed bedrooms await you, each offering a peaceful sanctuary for a restful night's sleep. The primary bedroom boasts a comfortable king-sized bed, large walk-in closet, and a comfy sitting chair perfect for morning reading. The additional bedrooms are tastefully furnished, ensuring a cozy and serene atmosphere; one with a queen-sized bed and large desk perfect for working remotely and the other with a full-over-full bunk bed and sleeper sofa with a flat-screen TV, making it ideal for larger groups as well a secondary area to gather and spend time together.

Bathrooms:
Enjoy the convenience of two pristine and modern bathrooms, ensuring that there's plenty of space for everyone to freshen up before heading out to explore the beauty of Tahoe.

Outdoor Oasis:

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
