Cozy 3-bedroom single-level house right next to Smuggler's Notch Ski Resort & on the beautiful Brewster River! Enjoy a private hot tub, private river access with swimming holes, big screen 64" TV, 4 memory foam mattresses, full kitchen, laundry, mud room, and more included in your stay.
The Space:
Private 5-person hot tub on the porch with a view of Smuggler's Notch. Master bedroom with king-size bed & dedicated workspace. Second bedroom with queen-size bed & fold-out twin bed. Third bedroom with a full-over-queen spacious bunk bed & swinging hammock chair. Living room with luxe leather couch, cozy electric fireplace, and big screen 64" ROKU television. Fully stocked full-size kitchen with full-size refrigerator, 4-burner gas stove, full-size oven, and dishwasher. Dining area with extendable dining table with seating up to 8. Bathroom with tub & shower. Couch and included air mattress can sleep additional guests.
Guest Access:
Entire house is yours! Several hundred feet of private access to the Brewster River. Connect to the Smuggler's Notch Resort hiking & snowshoe trails from the property. 1min drive to the Resort for year-round activities. Gorgeous year-round views of Smuggler's Notch, one of Vermont's most famous foliage and ski destinations!
Other Things to Note:
Please note: the Notch Road to Stowe is closed in the winter, so this house is an hour from Stowe Mountain Resort in the winter.
