This 2-story, modern condo is located directly on the beach with the most incredible views of Cayman’s crystal blue water. The entire unit has been meticulously renovated by an award-winning design firm, complete with high-end finishes and furnishings. This will have you feeling like you’re staying at a five-star resort, but at the fraction of the price. It’s a true beachfront oasis, with all the luxuries and amenities of home.
Located in the quaint village of Bodden Town, you’ll be centrally located between 7Mile Beach, East End and Rum Point. This quiet part of Cayman has that true “island-vibe”, making it a perfect destination for a relaxing or adventurous vacation.
People from all backgrounds welcome.
*Please note that the condo is ideally suited for 4 guests or 2 couples comfortably. There is no charge for additional guests (up to 6 in total) however note that for the additional guests, there is an inflatable mattress that sleeps up to two and the sofa in the livingroom sleeps one.
OTHER AMENITIES INCLUDE:
Smart TV in the living room with Netflix, keyless door entry, high chair, playpen with extra mattress for comfort, filtered water from the refrigerator (no need to purchase bottled water) and ice maker, kitchen is stocked with basic essentials, Keurig coffee maker, snorkeling gear (x2 sets), beach towels.
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE:
I try to accommodate all guests during the "purgatory period" between 11am-4pm when the condo is being cleaned. Flights may land earlier than checkin time and depart later than checkout time. That said, the bedrooms are cleaned first and utilized as holding rooms for the luggage. Note that there is never an additional charge for an early checkin/late checkout in hopes that everyone can understand and work together on a stress free vacation arrival/departure. I do need a heads up please in case an early checkin/late checkout is in fact needed, so I can communicate with guests arriving/departing so everyone can be on the same page.
Only in the summer months, there may be some sargassum/seaweed on the beach that Mother Nature gifts us which is out of our control and the landscaping team works diligently to remove as much sargassum as they can on a daily basis.

Everything about this stay was fantastic. Communication with the owner was easy and quick. She is very responsive and helpful. The place itself is amazing...has everything you need. A lot of attention to detail. Looks exactly like in the photos. The location was also perfect for us. We had a rental car so it was easy to get around to seven mile beach, George Town and Rum point....the location was between all three so very convenient. The pool and ocean right outside the living room was gorgeous.

The villa has everything you need and then some. The unit was very clean and spacious with beautiful views. Enjoyed walks along the secluded beach that’s perfect for snorkelling.
Interactions with the host were pleasant as she was very accommodating and attentive. We recommend this villa 💯% and look forward to booking again.

A beautiful home, spacious and clean, kitchen well equipped for our cooking needs, new appliances, very comfortable beds, a semiprivate pool a few steps from the house, nice beach. Perfect place to relax and enjoy. Absolutely lovely!!

comfortable condo located ocean/beach front. Long walkable beach to explore. Snorkel and fish right out front of the condo. Shops and restaurants very close. Modest pool, with modest seating. Condo very nicely updated. Dedicated parking. Generally windy due to south exposure.

Nice views of the water and a small beach.
Overall a nice townhouse.
Villa could do with a few extra amenities like a drip coffee maker, wine glasses, more space in the closets for clothes, ( there were lots of owner closets). The water filter in the refrigerator needed to be replaced, and the light in the freezer was out and a shelf broken.
Still enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Seabreeze Villas in Bodden Town December 10-16, 2023. Our traveling party included my hudband and I and our 14-year-old son and my parents, who are in their late 60s. The unit was very clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed to prepare our breakfasts and lunches. In the evenings we enjoyed some great local restaurants. We were the only ones there most of the week and had the pool and beach to ourselves. One thing not mentioned on the VRBO site is that the bedrooms are upstairs. This did not bother us, but if you have impaired mobility,it might be a problem.
One bedroom has a king bed and looks out over the beach & the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and looks out over the parking lot (both have small balconies). We slept in the room with the queen bed and both felt the bed was extremely firm (i know this is a personal preference, but my husband and I both thought it was very uncomfortable). My parents said their bed was medium firmness & comfortable. Our son slept on the couch downstairs
When stepping out on to the patio, my dad cut a chunk out of his heel when he stepped onto a bolt used to attach the hurricane shutters to the building (could use some sort of cover).
The view from the villa is stunning. There was some sargassum on the beach but every morning two men came and raked it up and disposed of it. There was good snorkeling from the beach, though we did have windy conditions all week. We highly recommend this villa!

The condo was incredible. The location was so nice especially if you are looking for something quiet. You will want to have a car. Communication was fantastic. I would highly recommend.

Condo is beautiful and clean. Has everything you need, steps away from the pool and beach that is clean. You can snorkel, and they even provide the snorkel equipment if you wish to use. Quite neighborhood a short drive to all the main sightseeing locations which we enjoyed getting out to explore. Parking is provided and it’s right outside the condo door in shade. I highly recommend staying here and I with out a doubt would stay there again in the future.

My family stayed here for a week-long trip. The property is truly fantastic for the following reasons:
Beach & Pool: The ocean is right out the back door, with great beginner snorkeling opportunities (perfect for kids who are learning, but enjoyable for adults too). The beach is well attended (good seaweed removal), and overall, of high quality. The private pool worked great for us, and given that this is a small complex, my family often had the pool to ourselves.
Modern accommodations: The property was recently remodeled, and was incredibly nice to stay in. It was well furnished, and everything was very comfortable and clean.
Host attentiveness: The host for this property was always very fast to respond to my messages and needs. Service was top-notch. Very professional in every respect.
Convenient location (if renting a car): The property was a great location for us. We could drive to both the East End and the West End in a reasonable amount of time (30 minutes max). There is a great grocery store and some restaurants close by. If you want to explore ALL of Grand Cayman and are willing to drive, this is a super location for venturing out and seeing everything.
Overall, I can’t recommend this location and host enough!

This condo really is modern and stunning just as the description says. It was very clean and beautifully decorated with beach views right outside the back windows. The host had everything we needed including beach towels, snorkels, shampoo etc. It was quiet and secluded and oftentimes we were the only ones on the beach/pool or just a few other people. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the water due to seaweed, but the pool and sitting on the beach were perfect. It is just a short drive to 7 mile public beaches where we went during the day. It was worth it to stay here in the mornings and evening for a secluded quiet stay away from the touristy side of the island.

We spent our spring break in this beautiful condo facing turquoise Caribbean Sea. Easy access to the beach and pool. Stunning views day and night!
Livia is very responsive and reacts quickly to our requests. We had an AC issue one night and it was resolved in an hour! She is definitely one of the best hosts!

We don’t usually book in condos because we enjoy our privacy; however, this condo was not stacked next to others and was very quiet. Most mornings it was just me and my book down by the water. Super updated interior and very clean. Everything you need. There was way too much seaweed to get in the water by the condo, but we planned to drive to snorkel at other beaches anyways. It didn’t bother us at all. Absolutely beautiful views of the ocean.

The place was amazing. It wasn’t your run of a mill vacation rental with the bare minimum. This place was thoughtfully designed, curated and decorated. Felt extremely safe the entire time also which was a plus and you can’t beat the beach front access. Dreaming about staying here again!!
