The studio apartment was exactly as described online, very clean and well appointed with lots of attention to detail. Deanna was very helpful and responsive. The location was perfect -- a safe neighborhood, close to everything and easy to get everywhere.

Staying at Deanna's studio, we were less than half a mile fron our son, daughter-in-law, and grandson. We also loved the proximity to the parks. The room was comfortable and clean. Deanna responded immediately when we had some requests. We will definitely consider staying there again.

Great spot for our family (6 year olds plus mom and dad). No issues with parking. Convenient to all things San Fran!

It is walking distance to two beaches and a big park. I have an ADA service dog and thus need such places to take her for exercise. It's also across the street from a nice grocery store, and has a sufficient kitchen to allow me to prepare her food.

Everything was great. However, it is not a super quiet stay. Apartment was below another floor
Could hear foot steps

We mostly just used our room to sleep but it was very close to my Son and close to the beach and several other attractions, so it was good for us.
Parking was the most challenging but we kinda got the hang of it on day 2.
Our Host was very nice and checked in on us during our stay. I would recommend staying and will stay again if we were to visit again.

Phenomenal location and great host! She gave incredible information about transportation and sights to check out, the apartment was clean and well-stocked. It is all just one room (plus the bathroom), which is hard to tell on the listing (no separate bedroom), but it worked great for the three of us. Truly, a great spot to stay if you’re looking to check out all San Francisco has to offer.

My husband and I had just a few days to spend in San Francisco and this apartment was perfect. The host was very accommodating, the location close to everything we wanted to explore and the little market across the street was so convenient. I would highly recommend.

Stayed for 4 nights in Deanna’s place. She was kind to let us check in 2 hours early and was prompt with any and all questions during our stay. Great location close to several SF beach attractions and a supermarket across the street. Would recommend

We enjoyed our stay at Deanna's apartment. Everything lived up to the VRBO listing and the previous positive reviews we saw online. The place was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Instructions for entry and wifi were clear and correct. And Deanna was great at responding to questions and about returning an item we left behind. We will happily stay again the next time we're visiting our daughter who lives in the Richmond neighborhood.

The place was just as the picture- very clean. It wasn’t so easy to find a parking spot on the street but great location.

This place was a great find for a cozy, two day stay. during the day we took the bus to Fisherman's wharf and did some of the classic tourist things. It cost about $3 and 30 minutes to get there. Nice neighborhood with a grocery store across the street and a playground around the block. Nice shower, comfy bed, netflix on the TV. Great communication with the host and a clean place to stay!

Great relaxing stay with easy access to everything. Close to Golden Gate and easy bus ride anywhere else in town. Deanna was a great host and property was excellent and well stocked with family of 4. Highly recommend

We come down to SF from Napa to do museums, CA Acad. of Science and EAT. Outstanding location for all of the above.

A sweet little studio in a perfect location!

We needed a place to stay close to my daughters over the Christmas holiday. The hosts were very kind, helpful and accommodating. The unit is not large, but plenty big enough for the two of us.
All the furnishings were in good shape, hot shower, comfortable bed, good TV all the things that you would want.

We were very comfortable during our stay. It was quiet, clean, and we had everything we needed. We had no trouble finding parking. The neighborhood felt safe with stores and restaurants a short walk away. We were very pleased with the experience.

Ideally located in the Richmond District, this private studio-style living space was perfect for our 5-night stay exploring San Francisco and surrounding attractions! The host was especially accommodating and always quick to reply. Our day trips were long, so we typically arrived late and left early, but parking was a breeze and we never had to park further than a block from the front door. The place was equipped with the amenities listed including a comfy bed and plenty of hot water with shower pressure (day or night). A peaceful little backyard could be seen out the window but we didn't take time to enjoy it. The home is in a nice neighborhood within safe walking distance to a local grocery, Lands End Trail Eagle's Point, and The Art Bistro (30th & Clement) for the best on-the-go breakfast. Our trip was fantastic and was complemented by a wonderful VRBO experience. I would love to stay at the same place if visiting SF again and highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip.

We had a wonderful stay at the 32nd Ave Casa. The property was super clean and the hosts were amazing. The place is ideally located, close to many of the spots that make San Francisco the world class city it is - Lands End, Golden Gate Park, the Legion of Honor, and Baker, China and Ocean Beach. Amazing!

Deanna was a most considerate host and made our stay very comfortable. The casa (or studio) is very well appointed: with good lighting, an excellent bed, terrific storage and closets, well stocked kitchen (we especially enjoyed the electric tea kettle); the bathroom is well designed with a terrific shower. Thank you, Deanna, for making our stay most enjoyable!

Came to west coast to visit with family. The apartment was clean and more than ample for my husband and I. Loved having access to the backyard to sit around a table top gas fire and relax. Did not cook meals other than put together a quick breakfast. Grocery store and pharmacy across the street. Neighborhood seemed safe, although would feel more comfortable with motion sensor light above entranceway to apartment as the light from the garage is not enough. Can hear the pitter patter of dog's feet in the above dwelling but is not disruptive. Good communication with Deanna. Access to Golden Gate park.nearby. Would stay again.

This was a great place to stay for a few nights in San Francisco. Good, clean, friendly and safe.

Spacious bottom floor studio great location next to walking trails, an upscale food market, and away from bustling crowds. Came with moderate size fridge and icebox, electric stove, pot/pan/utensils. Large adjustable windows look out on the backyard, with a small electric space heater. Communication with property manager was easy and prompt. Would recommend for 1-2 people +/- 1/2 small kids on the large sofa/loveseats. TV requires Netflix or other subscription. Parking on the street.

The property is as advertised. Clean. Quiet. Nice neighbourhood. Groceries right across the street. Only 15 minutes drive to any main attraction. The only challenge at times was finding parking on the street, but we managed to each night. Thanks for having us!

This place has all the comforts you may need for a nice SF stay. Clean tgroughout the casa. The bed and pillows are super comfortable. The windows open and its the perfect temperature all day. The proximity to the trails to the beach is amazing. I felt comfortable and safe as a female traveling alone.

Deanna was an amazing host that exceeded all of our expectations! The space was clean with great amenities.
The location to hikes, Clements Street and the ocean was perfect.

Great location for a small but big feeling guest property. The bed and furniture is comfy and we didn’t need anything not already provided despite Deanna telling us not to be shy in asking. We enjoyed the big back yard and the nearby Lands End trail. There’s a great playground, coffee and very nice grocery store all within 2 blocks. We took public transit to Golden Gate Park and Pier 39. It’s so convenient! The neighborhood is super quiet. I hope we make it back!

The unit is darling! Set up nicely. Plenty of closet space. Space is utilized well. Backyard is spacious and cozy! Loved the gas fire pit. It was chilly but so nice to sit out there. The hosts are so friendly and helpful! Will most definitely stay here again as well as recommend to my family and friends. Already having a cousin look for dates to stay there!
Thank you for making our stay comfy and homey!

The property was great and in a wonderful location with many restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. The communication with the property owner was great and she even recommended some restaurants. Checkin/checkout instructions were easy to follow. P
It was easy to find a street side parking spot within a block of the property. The backyards was relaxing and well kept. The only minor criticism we had is the sleeping arrangement for the 4th person was a little uncomfortable on the hide a way bed/couch. This would have been fine for a child but four adults was a little much. All in all would recommended. Five stars for the money.

The place was really cozy. The back yard was a delight. Up to date, clean, comfy. Great use of a “small” space. Lots of light from 3 windows. Quieter neighborhood so parking was t hard to find. Close to lands end and Golden Gate Park.

This is an ideal place for you when you need a place to stay in Richmond district of the City. My wife and I were very comfortable here with everything you'll need for a weekend. Our host was very responsive and you're close to hiking, a market, public transportation and all the great restaurants in the area. We'll be back!

This was the best VRBO I have stayed at. The rental was in a very quiet part of town close to beach, parks, the bus stop was literally 2 houses down and there was a grocery store and drug store right across the street. It was very clean and had some very interesting artwork. Check in and out was a breeze. I will DEFINITELY rent this unit when I go back to San Francisco.

Great bedding, shower, kitchenette, desk and tv lounge area. Very convenient to groceries, drug store, restaurants, museum, walks. Lovely. Clean, Well supplied. When I had a question about parking the host was was helpful and accommodating. I had one suggestion for better lighting near bed, she thanked me and said "now on order. It was too rainy to use the yard, but looked inviting. While some may not, I rather enjoyed occasional footstep from upstairs. Felt safe, tucked in, and central to what I wanted to do. An easy Yes to recommend and stay again.

This is great place with a supermarket across the road and a bus to downtown out front. Deanna was a great host and we couldn’t have been happier. Thank you
