Welcome to our beautiful 1950’s house located in the heart of Wilmington! This listing has been carefully designed with much love for our guests. It is central to everything Wilmington has to offer with just a short trip to Downtown Wilmington (4 mi), Wrightsville Beach (6 mi), UNCW (1.5 mi) and the Cargo District (2 mi). It has held so many precious memories for us and friends. We hope for it to be a new found oasis for you, our guests. A nap outdoors on the backyard hammock, cozy up by the outdoor fireplace, wash off from the beach in our outdoor shower, or just relax and enjoy time together inside! We loved our stay and experience! Our goal was to be close to campus and it was perfect! House was beautiful and cozy! Much better than staying in a hotel! My first VRBO experience! Highly recommended!

This house was a wonderful, clean, comfortable home full of charming character. The back patio and firepit were awesome though we didn't get a chance to partake of the firepit, this time. We used the chairs for the beach which was awesome since we were in a packed car on a quick trip so weren't able to bring our own. My son awesome enjoyed riding around on the bikes provided. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This was an excellent rental and we will happily return.

This is a cute property. Very clean and comfortable. Our small family group including my 7 year old enjoyed the games, books, puzzles,etc.. The private backyard was nice for us to hang out and the cozy kitchen with window seat was a hit. We will definitely be back!

This house is so cute, and the beds were very comfy! Extremely clean with thoughtful touches and very cute decor. Host was friendly and very responsive. Great stay!

This house was a perfect location for us, close to everything but very quiet neighborhood. House was clean and well appointed. Backyard was awesome also.Amber was quick and responsive and checking in was easy, highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay. It was move-in weekend at UNCW, so we were super busy and didn’t get to spend much time at the house. We look forward to staying again in the future so we can enjoy it more! Everything was very clean and we appreciated the welcome basket of goodies.

All I can say for my first time is very smooth, wonderful neighborhood, the house is absolutely gorgeous, the back yard is spacious and the fire pit is a nice touch. With plenty to do at the house or in the are. absolutely a must stay if in the area I’ll definitely be staying there again. I can’t forget the beds very comfortable along with all the furniture for that matter.

We traveled to Wilmington some-what last minute and were so lucky that this property was still available! This place is a treasure for families with kids - the back yard has open space to play, a hammock for relaxing, a wonderful outdoor fireplace for making s'mores, and a just in general, is a great space! The property owner had so many games, books, and chalk for the kids, as well as leaving a basket of snacks that they wasted no time digging in to! Everything was clean and comfortable, and the house is well situated between downtown Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach. The cooler, bikes and beach chairs saved us so much space, and made our beach days that much better! Thanks so much for the thoughtfulness!

Exterior needed some cleaning. Interior extremely well appointed. Bonus room really useful. Outside entertainment area very nice. We did not use the property to its fullest offerings because we have two sons that live in Wilmington and we entertained at their homes.

Super cute house, quiet private backyard with nice deck. Many nice updates, the kitchen is stocked with everything you could need. Close enough to all interest points in Wilmington. We highly recommend this vacation rental!

My sisters and I planned a girls’ weekend away and this was the perfect spot for us. The house is in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything we wanted to do. The house is super clean, nicely decorated, with lots of great touches like a binder with restaurant recommendations and a basket of snacks laid out for us. The owner was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!
