Timori is an amazing villa with panorama views offering a heated pool and kiddie-pool, 4 bedrooms plus a guest house. Situated on a large, private plot of 4000m2 with mature gardens, and lovely outdoor areas, the property is only 1,5 km from the village of Plaka and 3km from the beach of Almyrida.
The ground floor includes a bedroom suite with private bathroom, the living room with open kitchen and access to the terrace and pool area, and a utility room. A guest/pool WC is also located on this level with access from the pool area.
The first floor includes a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, another 2 bedrooms which share a bathroom, and 2 spacious terraces.
The guest house includes a kitchenette, a bedroom/living room suite, a bathroom, and a private area in the garden.
This stunning villa has newly been renovated to an exceptional high standard, both indoors and outdoors. Great attention to detail is shown throughout the furnishings, both indoors and outdoors. Unique stylish interiors combine modern Mediterranean and traditional Cretan in perfect harmony, comfort, and luxury.
The fabulous pool area is complimented by 2 perfectly positioned pergolas providing shade for both dining and lounging. A second outdoor covered dining area is located by the living room/kitchen. There are beautiful sea views from the pool area and also from the living room/kitchen and 2 of the bedrooms on the second floor.
The pool with separate kiddie-pool boasts the latest solar heating technology. The property is completely fenced in, and offers parking area for several cars.
Located in upper Plaka, a lovely village in the Apokoronas area of Chania on western Crete. The neighbourhood is peaceful and quiet, consisting mainly of private villas.
